Hey Rick, I actually didn't do a CAP of Randy...I'm pretty sure you are talking about Storm's. He posted pics of his Randy and John Smoltz CAPs in the MLB Look Alike thread and they were very impressive. Gotta give credit where credit is due!

been having a ton of fun with these. Lost 5-4 to the Yanks, Zito's curveball was lethal though

(Kritter, the MLB Look Alike thread is in the main SCEA forum and should be on the first page or 2. If you can't find it, PM me and I'll get you a link.)

Knight, isn't Bagwell's stance still in the game as a generic? I'm almost positive I've seen it. I'm calling it a night for now but if you or someone else haven't found it by tomorrow evening then I'll look for it.

Im pretty sure one of the generics is Bagwell's stance. I used generic 43 which was Orlando Palmeiro's stance from 07 or 08 the show. Generic 2 or 3 could work as well.

Yes. Thanks Joey ...Kritter....I'm pretty sure it is also, but I wasn't sure.
I was looking for the "high leg kick" thread, but couldn't find it for Biggio. He had that big high kick if I remember correctly.
I usually watch video...but was pressed for time last night.
I played a game with them last night....late in the season vs. the Mets...
Man...with that lineup and the seasons some of those guys had....they should have done better than fourth or fifth. In the sim of the season(to get to the game)....they were in first most of the season ....seesawing with St. Louis and it was only the game before my play....that St. Louis took over.

Anyway...with the lineup of...(I made a note of the stats this time)

                    Cedeno LF(they rested Ward) .303 4 HRs
                    Biggio 2B .280 5 HRs
                    Bagwell 1B .290 35 HRs
                    Caminiti 3B(they rested Truby) .301 12 HR's
                    Alou RF .340 24 HRs
                    Hidalgo CF .335 31 HRs
                    Bogar SS .245 3 HRs
                    Melusky C .307 6 HR's

Lima was pitching and the Mets jumped on him for 7 quick runs in the first three innings. Ventura absolutely BLASTED a 445 ft HR(3 run shot) in the 3rd...but I was pitching Mahomes in a spot start and they chipped away....until Bags put them up for good in the 7th with a two run double. He was 4 for 5 and the Stros won....12-11.

                    Good stuff.

Knight, just wanted to say that this set is amazing!!! I was wondering though you had mentioned before in the thread that you were going to post the transactions for that year? Just wondering if you still planned to do that? No worries if you don't the set is fine as is! Thanks SO much!!!

                        Yes...I will.
Only because it will be easier to follow if you actually print out the daily transactions and cross them out as you make them.
Otherwise...you can go to www.baseballreference.com and go to the specified team.....then to the team page for that 2000 team...then to the transactions page...they are listed in order, but you must sort through them individually in that case.
Ultimately, I would like to have a trades page and then a in team transactions page(call ups and such)..

Hey Knight, the high leg kick thread is hard to find because it says nothing about "high leg kicks" in the title. There were actually 2 of them, I believe. Here's one:

I think Knight just wanted to come full circle with these rosters. Knight a Mets fan is recreating a season who had a certain manager win the manager of the year in 2000 with the White Sox , that now in 2010 is about to be fired from his team . Ironic hey Knight ha ha
