Is it critical to play with the pitch speed between 0-3? At 10, it feels right to me. Will it influence these sliders greatly if I play at 10? I've been using Nemesis sliders on HOF. Franchise with the Brewers and I'm hitting .320 through 20 games. Not very realistic. All hitting aids off using the left stick and the x button only. Should I expect different hitting results using these sliders? Something tells me these might be easier after using Nem’s on HOF. Very rarely do I get less than 10 hits per game.
I use meter pitching. Outfield view no strike zone or hot zones. I use the fade ball cursor. I can't stand not using a cursor not knowing where I'm throwing the ball. Using this method, I’ve devised a way to make pitching harder. I move the cursor so it begins to fade (just a quick flick of the left stick). The cursor returns to the center of the plate as it begins to fade. The cursor fades quickly which gives me limited time to “spot” the ball. It's a challenge to hit the corners because you only have so much time to visualize before the cursor fades completely away. Without the strike zone on it adds a challenge. I don’t really understand classic and have been hesitant to try it. Maybe I should.
