CPU Control: 5 (default)
CPU Consistency: 3

I get anywhere from 2 two 6 walks per game, depending on the pitcher and how swing happy I am. CPU pitchers throw anywhere in the 50%-70% strikes depending how high their confidence is and who the pitcher is.

What's the most recent update you've done? Is it on the second page or what? I really would not like to go through all 68 pages to find the most updated one. Help me out please. Thanks in advance, as I've been looking for great sliders.

do you really see enough 2B/3B with cpu fielder reaction at 10?

do you see enough walks with cpu strike frequency at 2?

And manager hook at 6? I think that is good for relievers, but most of the time the manager pulls the starter too early (especially when the pitchers-spot comes to bat, even if the SP is way under 100 pitches)

Very much so, on all 3 counts.

Im 6th in MLB in doubles after 29 games with 57, middle of the league in walks with 72 and for the manager hook is fine, they leave pitchers throwing a gem in for a long time, sometimes a complete game of 120 pitches or more with no energy left in the 9th.

1) Pitch Speed: Does the setting affect how the CPU 'sees' the ball or is that just for the human player? I need to lower mine b/c I can't hit otherwise...

2) Human control and consistancy: I have used everything from 3/6 to 6/6 and seem to throw a disproportionate ammount of either 'balls' or 'meatballs'...I'm using classic with the Giants Sanchez (I play his starts and sim the rest) and the relief staff...I've played The Show for a few years now and pitching seems to be waaaaay tougher than in the past...do you play with classic or meter pitching?

3) I assume that the set on page 3 is current and that you have yet to see anything that you feel needs to be adjusted, correct?

Quick question.. I'm new here... I used your sliders and they seem great but it seems the cpu paints the corner and low part of the plate a lot. Anything I can change to lower this or is this just something I have to get used to?

Hmmm, not something ive seen an over indulgent amount of, in real life most pitchers will try and pitch low the majority of the time for obvious reasons, i see plenty of high stuff too, stick with it.

If edits have been made do sliders throw everything off then?

Alright fellas, time for a slight, and i mean very slight, tweak.

After a lot of games what i have seen (and other such as dorismary commented on) is that throwing errors are a little low, so thats going up from 4 to default 5, no higher though as i had already come down from 6 where far too many throws to first base sail high, that needed cutting and has been but we still need to see more than 4 has been giving, my error total is league leading in being so low, so that needs sorting, which i have now.

I have also put these in the first post of the thread.

So you use meter, are these not made for classic? I have no problem going back to meter if I have to.

They are made for anything, i happen to use meter, but those who use classic say they seem to work just as well.

They work great with classic...

I played a game with Lincecum starting (as opposed to my usual guy, Sanchez) and it was a world of difference...

I threw 104 pitches in a 7 inning shutout (9 k's 2 bb, 5 hits) against the Padres and won 3-2 after squelching a late rally against my setup guys...

GREAT game and it looked and felt like a Giants / Padres game...
