Are you guys seeing an issue with guys coming back in the rotation and not being at full strength using these rosters? I started a franchise with the Tigers, and I am back around for the second turn in the pitching rotation. Each and every starter, when it is their day to throw the second time around is still not replenished. Note that I haven't thrown more than 80 pitches a game with any of them the first time around. Now the second turn in the rotation, and I can't throw 65 or 70 without them being completely out of energy. What is going on?!

not surprised. this is probably due to the lowering of pitcher stamina ratings, not to all, but it was done, so that there's more visible seperation between the decided tier of 'elite' starters vs everyone else, to make them be able to last longer and have better IP averages, and those that do not, pan out w/ lower IP averages. Most MLB starters in real life (unless maybe you're a really old pitcher, or it's late in the season), on regular rotation, are still able to recover their mojo fully, lets say upwards of 95% energy can we agree?... because how often do you remember any MLB team come out on the news that they have to rest a few of their starters because they can't go (not injury related) due to lack of energy thanks to the previous start...... of only 80 pitches lol?... it's happening w/ this roster and you need to up the stamina slider up at least 2 notches from whatever you have it at (still wont get things back to the same feel as v2 or scea though), or re-rate all the pitchers yourself.

have a question... if making them sim out accurately will take away from what aspect of in game experience did you find? i wouldn't want anything taken away from in game experience.

Making them sim out accurately would mean that there are a lot more cg's going on, pitchers staying in way too long, etc.

I'm not seeing that issue and I always push my guys to 90-100+ pitches

In my slider set, I actually have starter stamina at 3 for both me and the CPU, and both teams have pitchers go 100 pitches easy, and mine for sure are always full bar when it comes time for the next start. I've actually had a couple opponent starters through upwards of 125 pitches (Zambrano-127 and Lincecum-130), and they only lost effectiveness around 115 or so. This is only 2 times through the rotation in my new franchise. So, I'm still testing tho.

As for sliders with V4, do I just use the changes in the first post of the thread with default sliders or do I use say Psychos and add the changes? I use Psychos right now and love them, but didnt know what was recommended.

Are you using classic pitching? I would be scared to drop down pitch control that much with classic. Do these rosters increase the pitchers control and is that the reason for these global changes?

I use classic. No the rosters do not increase pitch control. I put it that low so that I can have a normal amount of bb as the user

Can you either post or PM me your full slider set- not just the pitching from page 1.

You obviously put alot of time in on the roster edits, you must have found a comfort base on sliders so you can enjoy the fruits of your labor.
