    I have to admit, I was a little scared of the pitch speed at 10, but after playing 5 or 6 games these sliders have blown me away. Very realistic gameplay, with the added bonus of realistic pitch speeds. This added bonus brings into account the difficulty of having to be ready for an actual fastball and adjust to an offspeed pitch, which just isn't there with lower pitch speeds in my opinion.
    Great job guys! love the sliders! I can start my official franchise now

        I'm a little in the middle about starting a franchise now or waiting for the equipment edits and stances/motions to get done. I really want to start with the AS set. Ugh, decisions decisions.

          I love the AS sliders (I only use Analog Pitching), they makes the game much more realistic. I'm not doing so well with them, but I cant take exhibition games seriously, once i start a franchise I will do better. I like the challenge...

            I am surprised to see such a difference from before patch to post patch:

            Fielder Run Speed 2 changed to 0

            Fielder Reaction 2 changed to 10

            Fielder Arm Strength 2 changed to 4

            Baserunner Speed 5 changed to 0

            Has the patch made that kind of a difference requiring those changes? Some are quite drastic changes, such as Fielder Reaction and Baserunner Speed.

              Those were findings we made after the patch. I don't think the patch changed any of those things. To me, these are huge. These are what makes the good look good. Without these, everyone will play too fast and the game won't be true to MLB simulation.

                How have your stolen base percentages been, since you changed baserunner speed and arm strength?

                    Baserunner Steal Success is still at 5 so it's fine. Thats the slider that relates to stolen bases.

                          We have two sets right now. We have our HoF set and our AS set. I would recommend trying the AS set first and see how it goes. If you do really well, I'd bump it up to HoF and see if you can handle it. There will be some changes to the HoF set, mostly reflecting the AS set. Right now, our primary, both live and I, is the AS set and it has been awesome. Both of us are going to be very busy in the upcoming weeks, we are helping out on the OSFM pitch edit roster, the V3. That's right, and this slider set will be the first set tested with the edits! We are pretty excited about it, seanjeezy really has great ideas and the edits are definitely worth it.

                            First of all, I'm using the AStar set, which I love because it has toned down the number of extra base hits, which I prefer. Now, as far as using zone hitting, I'm still confused. I was under the impression that Timing hitting brings you very close to being Sim style. Also with pitch speed at 10, by the time I see the pitch, react with the Left Stick, and then press the X button, I'm late on the swing, which makes all my hits
                            to the opposite field. Worse than that is, I strike out a lot. Zone hitting for me would have hitters like Pujols, have a .125 BAvg. I honestly feel Timing is still the way to go for as close to Sim as possible.

                              Carlboy, you are right. Timing hitting is the closest thing to Simulation as you can get. BUT, I like a little more input. I just believe that my eye has gotten better, I want to be able to battle when I'm down 0-2, pick my spots when I'm up 2-0, and when I miss a high-heater, I want to know that it was because I missed it.

                                I completely understand what your saying about having more input. Unfortunately me being 53 yrs old, my reactions are a just a bit slower than what they use to be haha. I'll stick with the timing hitting. By the way thanks to you and Authentic for the great sliders. If I may ask, what roster set are you goingbwith for your Franchise/Season?
