I dont get many games as Im very picky and have to be vested but I normally get MLB for $49 play the heck out of it and then flip it and re buy it cheap later as most of the games I get are spring and fall and I never keep out dated sports games but thats just me as it would drive me nuts as I always want the latest even if its just a roster update at times .

A&S you seeing any unrealistic tag ups with arm strength at 3 ? just had two first baseman shallow rf popups and my man tagged up 2b to 3b no problem but a fast runner so maybe the perfect storm ?

I rarely see unrealistic ones….and a fast runner can maybe on occasion get away with it. I also don't risk that unless I have a 95 or higher guy and the situation is dire enough for me to take that risk.

If your seeing it too much for your taste then click it up to 4.

See I lack patience as I lost a 7-0 2nd inning lead to NYY as I was LAA and lost 8-7 as I didnt do the whole nibble or waste pitch as the AI became aggressive when down 7-0 and even though I knocked out Kuroda in the second I wouldnt pull Wilson as the AI was pushing so I paid in the long run and sometimes how we play I just feel like a actor playing a role without a lot of true input .

It all happened in the 4th as they scored 6 and then in the 5th cause I wouldnt yank wilson as it became 7-7 but I really lost it in the second because I didnt nibble enough as sometimes I hate doing the whole routine thing to a T as it can be so drawn out long and intense so Im hoping quick count option in 14 will lessen all the initiated long count drama thats programmed in the game as I just cant deal with all the ritual drawn out stuff too stressful and no patience and games are way to long for me to keep my intensity , really wears me out and my old eyes when I wanna play a few games a day.
I swear this freaken game is alive and the more you play the worse it gets but your sliders are scary realistic , thanks and hopefully I can use them in 14 .

Won the next game 7-2 as WASH vs SF and after being down 2-0 in the first I dominated .
I really dont think I did anything different from my NYY vs LAA game BUT I should have done more off speed pitches out of the zone and less in zone as they were over aggressive .

So its a one game World Series WASH me Zimmerman vs NYY Tanaka great stuff great sliders !

Won the next game 7-2 as WASH vs SF and after being down 2-0 in the first I dominated .
I really dont think I did anything different from my NYY vs LAA game BUT I should have done more off speed pitches out of the zone and less in zone as they were over aggressive .

So its a one game World Series WASH me Zimmerman vs NYY Tanaka great stuff great sliders especially when theres 14 inches of snow on the ground !

I just got this game back a few days ago to warm me up in winter waiting for spring and I just had one of the best games I every had with the Show 13 but the sliders do help paint the picture .

Well Tanaka pitched 7.0 2h 1r 2bb and 12k and no hit me through 5 innings but I seen it all in this one and NYY got the lead on a McCann double and took third on my errant throw and then Roberts suicide squeezed him home 1-0 NYY but in the bottom of the 7th R Zimmerman tied it with a solo HR 1-1.

Oh Jordan Zimmerman left in the 3rd with a injury so Strasburg who pitched 2 games ago got the call and went 4.1 ip 3h 1r 1bb and 5k not bad on little rest.

NYY took the lead in the top of the 9th on Teixeira single , Beltran HBP and Johnson DP so Tex on 3b and Roberts again was clutch with a single and a 2-1 NYY lead going into the the bottom of the ninth .
Robertson in to close but he lost a 10 pitch battle to Werth who double and then Harper on a 3-2 count jacked a 2 run walk off HR and the Nats and me were champs just what a great game win or lose but winning is much better .

Its in the vault so just sort by date around 2-2-14 by MLB HOT $TOVE 14 but his most recent is from 2-9-14 as he updates them and remember Im just using them in post season mode so I didnt look at the minors .

2014UPDATED2-9-14 BY tygers79 looks a little more in depth as I see Maholm on LAD as a long reliever

No pitch edits in Hot Stove and the guys are rated too highly IMO. Try rosters by Onebase24 or Cards 1.4 Update by cardinaldiehard.

I like more of a natural SCEA roster as it blends best with gameplay and all the edits most do are very subjective and opinionated at best , but to each his own as I just care about up to date MLB Lineup accuracy and keeping the integrity of the SCEA rosters.

Agreed. I don't obsess over player ratings too much. While I want accuarcy....I feel I get it for the most part whether it's SCEA or a user made roster.

I just love the fact we have such a great active roster community for The Show.....it truly is what makes the game even better than any other sports game overall.
