I'm glad you guys like the roster. I'm still doing updates daily. A lot of roster movement coming this week too, so I'm going to try and get all the 25 man rosters as close as possible before Opening Week is over.

Instead of updating daily I'll just keep fine tuning and then release a "season ready" version next week some time. Or if you guys can't wait just fire up your franchises or RTTS. I think they're basically good to go right now.

And yeah, the latest file is v.2

I couldn't wait to start a franchise with the Pirates.

I'm about halfway thru April and so far this roster plays / sims / stats out VERY nicely.

Occasionally, re-rated rosters "play in the cracks" with this title, but this one is looking way solid.

It HAS resulted in a 2-14 start, but I guess that's what I signed up for!

Yea I know some folks are going with more of a default with this set due to the lower(more realistic) ratings. I tried to puy Solid Hits on 5, but just too many line drives, imo. Fielder speed at default was still too fast, imo. So I just wanted to get your take. I have used the same slider set (based off yours with my own tweaks) for two full seasons.....making changes now would leave an opening to 'Slider Hell' and over thinking everything that happens.

I’ve been using a different 21 roster and I’m torn between this one and another. I’m curious if you based your ratings from the last three years like SDS, or just last year? I’m just curious as to how some players stats dramatically improved or decreased?

Question as it relates to player ratings: Are player abilities based solely on stats and other measurables or are they more based on the eye test? Just curious, for example, I saw Jake Cronenworth is slightly faster (92) than Jorge Mateo (85), when Mateo is generally regarded as the fastest player in the Padres organization. Thanks!
