Mike, need a favor. You are close to real time MLB. Can you go though (quick glance is fine), I was wondering how the relievers are looking game to innings avg. wise with stamina at 4. If you get the time of course. Thanks bud.

Thanks for the video on RP. I actually was looking for more the sim teams. I know we can control our guys. I usually do the same and only keep them in a inning or against a certain batter. Never more then 2 innings unless its my long reliever, then its no more then 3 innings. The cpu always seems to leave there guys in 2 - 3 innings. So I really was wondering how it played out season long. You dont need to go through all the teams, but if you wouldnt mind just scanning through a few, I'd appreciate that.

Forme, I think the issue with RP and innings is that the AI doesn't utilize lefty righy matchups as frequently as they should.

I don't think manager hook plays into MRs.

I lowered my Relievers to 3 also to try and see what I come up with. I left hook at 5. I dont believe it affects the relievers being pulled. But since you had more games in then I, I was just wondering if it just wasnt a stretch the relievers were going through outside of my relievers that I can control.

Well, I'm assuming RP stamina affects simulated games as well. While there seems to be a bit too much patience from managers in PLAYED games, the real issue seems to be in simulated games--the MR are just pitching too long when they come in and not enough match-up appearances. It seems the AI likes to use most guys as mop-ups, even in close games.
