I was nervous at first to move up also. After about 3 games on HOF/HOF I got really comfortable and enjoy the games. It really felt natural to me.
Really wish sports games played to ratings!
Only thing SIM about sports games now, are the team name and players
    CFB 25 The absolute GOAT!!!
MLB 23 FOREVER 20 is better, 23 just for Guardians
Madden get rid of the extras (SS/XF, HFA, media, scenarios, game plan) or turn them down considerably.

You might need to drop the pitch speed sliders one notch so monitor things if you start getting a ton of really bad contact.

Still loving these. Currently settled on HOF hitting/ All Star pitching but see myself bumping that up in the future.

I’m on the other end of the offensive spectrum as my Mets rank bottom 1/3 in most categories. Timely hitting from Cespedes and Frazier have won me 5 games in the 9th already.

Bullpen is absolutely shut down to pair with above average starting pitching. Considering a move for Blackmon as I enter May here, but going to ride it out another month.

        Great stuff!

Can anyone tell me with ball marker off, are you aiming where your pitch is starting or ending? Thanks.

So if I'm throwing a low curveball out of the zone, I should aim a little bit higher than I want it to go?

Out of the zone where? And what kind of curve? Sweeping, 12-6

What handiness of the pitcher against what kind of batter? RH or LH

Also where are the base runners? Do you want to risk bouncing a curveball with a runner in third?

Pitchers are all different. Recommend spending some time in practice mode. This is something that you really have to learn by feel on your own.

I’m not even looking at the pitch counts. I’m relying on the energy bar and when it hits orange with the Stamina at 5 you better have a plan of who is pitching next! I’m finding the game more than ever is rewarding good sound Baseball.

Ok, let's say I'm throwing a slider with a left handed pitcher against a left handed batter and I'm trying to get the batter to reach outside of the zone. Would I aim that slider in the zone (where it starts) or out of the zone where I want the catcher to catch it (where it ends)?

Honestly just go into practice. It's a feel thing for each pitcher. You have to experience and learn on your own

Knowing your pitchers slider and how it behaves first off is crtical plus how much confidence he has in the pitch.

All things being equal I start that pitch just a hair outside from the middle in a 0-2, 1-2 “pitchers count”

It should sweep and the batter should swing and miss if it is an effective slider.
