1. Lately I’ve been playing a lot of games in “Quick Manage” mode. As you know, I was in the 2019 ALCS a few days ago when my system error fiasco happened in Game 7. I ended up losing the “re-do” of the game... I went through the offseason and in my 2020 season I’m playing every 6th game, and quick managing all the rest. That way each time through I’m using the next starting pitcher in the rotation, and I can get through the whole season playing just 27 games. I’m just trying to do as much as I can before 20 comes out, since I’m not into carrying my old franchises over for whatever reason. I like to start fresh every year and see how much I can get in. My point is that for these quick manage games, should the injury slider be at 6 or 9? I think it’s 6, correct? I’ve been leaving it at 6 but have seen just 1 minor day to day injury for Chad Green in 24 games.
Also, pitcher stamina seems to decrease slower in quick manage. Not sure if you or anyone else on here uses quick manage too often and have noticed this, but let me know what you think.
2. How do the new fielder dynamics such as what to do on sinking line drives affect those of us, I think most who use these sliders, that use automatic fielding and non meter throwing?
I guess I could add to this the same question for the new “perfect perfect” hitting thing. Should I expect to notice any difference using directional hitting?
