I’m going to give these a shot as well. Two questions:

1. Would they work on legend?
2. What hitting/pitching controls do you recommend or does it matter? (Directional/zone, classic/meter)

They ought to work with Legend just fine.

I play directional hitting and clean-screen, no visual classic pitching.

My focus is mainly on the speed of the game, and the relationship between fielders and baserunners.

So, I think that whatever application you prefer for hitting and pitching, these ought to work well for the gameplay aspect.

Make sure to play a few games before really judging. The games can vary greatly from game to game...

What do you recommend for fielding settings. I’ve played a couples games with these with auto fielding and throwing and have had good games. First one I was the mariners vs the royals and lost 4-3 on a walk off hit in the 9th and the second game I was the white Sox vs the rays and beat them 4-1 I had 9 hits they had 10 no errors on both sides

I use pure analog fielding, which early on, caused some commotion in-game, as they really had some sort of mechanical breakdown with regards to the R-Stick working properly.
I believe that now to be addressed, but the errors, Arm strength and fielder speed, were all built around manual fielding and analog throwing.

Great game this morning, as I played the home opener for the Red Sox with the Live Roster powered by MLB.

Sale once again turned in seven great innings for me, and after Moreland made it 3-1 with an opposite field shot over the Monster, the bullpen collapsed and allowed the Jays to take a 6-4 in the eighth that they could not come back from.

Two errors by the Red Sox, and I now see I need to get Devers onto the practice field. I am not sure what his major maladjustment is, but he can't make a routine throw to first from third if he was paid to do it. Move to his left, backhand a ball and throw it from the foul line, no problem. Easy chopper and a throw to first, and he constantly is throwing the ball up the line towards right field. I may try and make that throw towards the 4 oclock position rather than the 3 o'clock, and see if that adjustment gives him a better throw result.

Still having the most fun I have ever had with this game, and even though I can totally see the hitting has been toned down, I am loving having to really grind out runs, and play smart with regards to working pitch counts, and swinging at hittable pitches. That low change-up still gets to me pretty badly with the Wide view I am using for batting.

Ok thank you I like to have fielding on auto so the players rating really come into play and no me messing up something. I’ve tried analog throwing and it just messes with me so you think using buttons is ok?

Buttons, analog. Auto... whichever you prefer, I think these sliders will function favorably across the board.

Great game last night with a JBJ walkoff at Fenway. Hit the Pesky Pole, so not a majestic bomb, but the game knew, and forced the HR cam on me... either way, accurate game, and two errors on throws, which I may have to look at if the routine throws continue to result in a high percentage of errors.

Stealyerface's TrueSim 2019 Slider Set is Live and in the Vault.

Played 2 games in a test franchise with the Twins using this set today. Actually I streamed them on Twitch so they’re on my page. I had been using Armor’s set on HoF up until now but had to lower hitting to AS as I was getting very frustrated! I have to say I was pleasantly surprised using these especially as fastball pitch speed is at 6. I struggled on 5 on Armor’s set, so although I went down a level for hitting I was still expecting it to obviously be faster but it felt great tbh. There is another set I’m going to try tomorrow but this set definitely has my attention! Great work.

Do you find the CPU throws too many strikes with their control and consistency lower? I know this was a topic in previous years that the lower their control the more pitches end up over the plate resulting in more strikes. Sounds backwards but it certainly makes sense.
