Love these sliders. One thing I am confused about tho is the fact that injuries happen to all teams except mine.

I do 30 team control and am seeing a decent amount of injured players throughout my season so far...except for my user team.

Any suggestions on what I should do or how to fix this? My injury is slider is set up based on your recommendations.

Double check the injuries options for both profiles if you use two profiles.

Double check the injuries options for both profiles if you use two profiles.

That won't impact injury frequency. The injury slider also doesn't link to any one profile. I think what you're saying though is to ensure that you have the AI profile set to *handle* injuries for things like DL, etc.

No, he said injuries happen to all teams but his. Therefore I said to double check the setting for both profiles if he uses two.

Have you found a way for the CPU to use the bullpen properly or at least somewhat like it? Using their set up guys when the situation calls, maybe even when losing by 1 or 2 to keep it close. If anyone else has found a way please share it too. Thanks!

That's beyond a slider issue. I've asked someone who has a direct line to SDS about this very topic earlier, so fingers crossed.

For your played games, you could always switch teams and handle their bullpen.

I’ve been following this thread and several posts have questioned pitch speed. Mike’s aim is realistic results in a franchise mode setting. This should not be confused with a realistic experience (as if stepping in the box). If you are selling out to catch up to 92, you’ve probably cranked the sliders up a bit too far granted most of us could sell out in real life and never sniff 92).

Is anyone else finding their team ERA's to be wayyy too good? I sim all of the games with the Mariners and just about every player has a sub-3.30 ERA. 3 relievers (all of whom aren't good) have sub 2.20 ERAs. I'm 90 games in.

Coincidence? Or slider tinker needed?

Correction... I now have THREE relievers sub 1.90 ERA. Carl Edwards, Brandon Brennan and Austin Adams.

I'm okay if this is a coincidence (I guess...) but is anyone else running into outlandish ERAs?

Same yeah, low ERA/high appearances. I'll add that I probably sim 75% of games and I'm in late July. I'm pondering starting over and tweaking a bit, I think RP stamina slider needs dropping, I never have issues with RP's not having enough energy to pitch on a given day.

Yes, I use two profiles and the injuries are set the same for both.

I am 22 games in and not one injury. I feel like I should have had at least a few by now.

If injuries are set to ON for both profiles in the game settings where you would pick your hitting difficulty etc.. then that does sound a little strange. I guess it's possible though.

I ran some sims to the ASB playing around with SP/RP stamina and reliever hook, along with one run on default with Ridin's 2.1 Rosters. The appearances issue is present regardless it appears (still a small sample size).

The bullpen ERA is pretty easily manipulated by lowering RP stamina and manager hook. The overall ERA/batting avg, HR's were in line with 2019 team totals (real life) for halfway point.
