I am currently using your HOF sliders that I uploaded from the vault. I use the NY Yankees and was 4-0 BEFORE the latest patch. After the update I’m sitting at 4-6. I average 1 run a game now while the CPU has 10+ hits a game. Is it just me ? Has anyone else, including Mike, had to adjust the sliders to compensate for this issue ? What do you recommend ? I want a fair game but my hitting has gone South while the CPU is posting epic performances against me.

Tigers have lost 7 in a row now, but lost 13-11 this last game to Oakland. We scored 9 in the bottom of the 8th. We were shutout 4-0 the game before that.

Version 1.9 is playing well for my franchise...the contact at 6 and foul freq. at 2 is yielding 16% fouled+misses and 9.2 hits over the last 22 games. It also takes the edge off zone hitting when attempting to play a 3 or 4 game set...a lot of times I'll switch to directional hitting by 3rd game if I feel my concentration waning. For zone hitting players this adjustment is a move towards a more balanced HUM vs CPU experience I feel.

Good morning Mike,

The statistical output from your slider set is scary accurate - great job!
One question for you and I will preface it by saying it's likely user output. If I need to bring my swing and misses down say 5 to 10% which should I try first +1 to user contact or +1 to user timing? I am just not very good with the PCI, but every other stat is spot on, so I don't want to mess with the set too much.

Nope...I won't speak for him, but he's done this before. I know at times I too get frustrated with the direction of certain sports titles,feel it's a waste of time and just want to walk away.

Hopefully everything is OK with him - seems like a good dude. I really enjoyed his MLB streams.

Yah...really miss the Tiger streams and baseball talk. hopefully Mike your back before the real MLB...Going strong on my own Jays franchise, 67-37, 1.5 GB the Yankees in AL east...ver. 1.9 working well but with the June 18 update, might need CPU hitting tweek… havn't played enough games since update, but it seems CPU is striking out a lot more since. Which is good, as long as they don't surpass 21% misses+K's. CPU have never swung and missed enough since THE SHOW'S inception. 12.8% in my franchise through 104 games, so an increase was definitely needed...think that was part of Mike's thinking in CPU'S contact to 1
