What changed in 1.5? I don’t see anything different than what I’m using now and that is CPU Foul at 4 and pitch speed at 7/6.

I moved down Fielder reactions and speed to 4

And yes CPU foul frequency is at 4

I love the sliders Armor....I am keeping power at 5 for both and fielder speed and reaction at 4 each. I am using ur sliders except infielder arms strength is different on mine...... I have found the great equalizer for user hitting is the pitch speed sliders........no magic formula really.

Does anyone use analog pitching with these sliders? I love the clean screen approach but I’m considering a move to analog pitching. I used to use it a while back but it’s been probably 4-5 years.

Just finished up a 4 game series against the White Soxs and it was a wild one for sure . We hit a total of 9 homers in the series ( All these games played on Power 4 and solid hits 4) including 3 in last nites video thats uploaded if anyone wants to see . And today we are back at home to host the Astros and this game was insane . First off pretty sure the Astros had the ump working for them cus ive never seen such horrible calls , just drove me insane . Ryu was brilliant on the mound and when he left i believe we were up by 5 or 6 runs but thats when my very inconsistent bullpen threw the game away . Just a epic collapse from our pitchers and there will be hell to pay after this lol A ton of hits in this game as well , both teams got into the double digits with hits but it makes for a very exciting game and finish . Homers still coming at power 4 and solid hits 4 , I hit 2 yet again in this game and that now makes it 11 in 5 games .

two quick questions - is the pitch speed adjustment vital to these sliders? i still find myself very early/very late plenty of times on default 5/5 pitch speeds. but there are plenty of times when i absolutely square one up. should i just bump fastball up to 6 and leave breaking ball at 5? what do you think?

second, would these work fine on meter pitching? I have tried classic pitching for a large sample size and just am not really a fan, too often my pitchers completely miss their spots and the ball often goes nowhere close to where I aim it. I know this happens in real life, but it feels very rare for me to locate the pitch exactly where I want it on classic. I feel like i have more control over the location with meter pitching.

Pitch speed is going to vary based on everyone's skill, eye, reactions etc.

Best thing to do is find your comfort area on FB speed, a speed where you can be blown away but still square it up if sitting on it. Then just make Off-Speed one click below that.

Also lost Tanaka for 6 months with a head fracture. Game said he got hit with a ball, but that was not case. Get it together SCEA!

Yes please do. I truly value and appreciate good constructive feedback as long as it is using my exact control settings and approach. I can’t account for different control schemes etc.

Directional hitting/classic pitching/auto fielding/manual throwing and no visual aides what so ever.

I know you play with clean screen, so you don’t see swing feedback. More often than not if you time it up “perfect/perfect” the exit velo is 110mph and over the fence. This is even with the changes I’ve made in the previous post.

Check your analysis after games and see how many of those are fat meatballs. I still see this as the problem more than anything. So many fat pitches.
