After testing out some other camera angles I think I’ll be using the Show 16. I like how it’s back just a little more than 15 and pitches are a little easier to recognize than fish eye.

Re: Armor & Swords MLB The Show 20 Classic/Directional Clean Screen Simulation Slider

          Hello all,

Well I've done it. I've finished my re-ratings, added prospects, and even done some likeness and equipment updates. I'm finishing up 40 mans as we speak, and will have V 1.1 with that out hopefully in a couple hours. I originally started this thinking I would quickly rerate players. I ended up adding over 30 prospects, rerating over 300 players, equipment edits, and even making sure contracts were correct (Trae Turner and Corey Seager now has a 10 year deal, Shohei (both of them) will be FA's at end of this year, extensions for Franco, Olsen, Ramirez)

I took BostonRob's v 1.5 set and went through it. A couple highlights:

I felt like especially pitcher ratings were very inflated. Especially bullpen guys some teams had bullpens full of 80 overalls. Bullpens now are largely mid 70's, with only a few guys rated in the high 80's and 90's. I think this will help separate some of the more elite pitchers.

The same concept applied for me for starters. I don't want there to be full 5 man rotations with 82+ overalls.

Most starters are rated in the 70's range. This hopefully makes those highly rated Aces (Cole, Scherzer, DeGrom, Verlander, Burnes) really play at a higher level and present a much bigger challenge than a guy who's not a true ace (Flaherty, Stroman, McKenzie).

There were also a ton of rerates. Guys like Skubal and Nootbaar are now 82 range instead of 64 like before. Baez, Belli, and Yelich are now in the mid 70's (more realistic to how they've played for 2 years now) as opposed to 90+.

I've also done a ton of defensive adjustments, in hopes that it helps the game play smoother from the defensive side. Guys who are really bad defenders especially in the outfield now have 40's for fielding, and largely only gold glovers have maintained 90+ fielding.

If you're interested, I've uploaded it under MLB 23 Franchise - Mayhem-2Morro in the Vault. Would love to hear any feedback, I think these are pretty awesome.

I’ve exclusively played this game with Bacon’s fictional rosters for the last 3 years but I may have to make an exception and give these a try for a season or 2.

Rosters look really good. Is the roster that’s in the vault version 1.1 or is still coming? What will be the difference between the two versions?

Thanks for all of your hard work

Did get a 1.1 out. A few more edits (I think I missed like 2 guys I know Bello went from an 82 to a 74) and moved a couple player positions

Yes to in the vault. Took BostonRob's v1.5 and spent about a week rerating players, adding prospects, and doing some minor equipment edits. It is in the Vault as MLB 23 Franchise by Mayhem-2Morro

Just pulled up the roster vault. MLB 23 Franchise V1.1 appears on the first page on the bottom left when you pull up the vault on MLB 20 The Show. If you do search "Mayhem" and then flip it to Online ID, it'll only pull up 2 rosters which are both the ones I made.

Let me know if that works!
