Played the orioles an a swept them, winning 8-4, 3-0, 14-8. Only change I made was lowering solid hits to 8.

Liked what I saw on pitching a lot. Not sure if my good games on the mound were due to the slider change or the orioles though lol. Orioles don't have mountcastle or Mullins either. The fact I gave up 8 the last game shows we still suck lol.

Hitting...yeah I think I'm gonna make a change next time. Kept it the same for this series because I did feel extremely on yesterday and wanted to see if it was just that. Nah I didn't strike outuch today either. The 3 run game was just a line out kind of game. Time to change that up

I’ve stuck out 324 times so far (7-8 times a game)

I have user batting sliders at
      Contact: 7
      Power: 4
      Timing: 0
      Foul Frequency: 0
      Solid Hits: 5

I’ll try to bump the power down to 3 and play 10-15 games depending on how it’s going and I’ll give a update..I appreciate the advise

Fun series I just wrapped up in San Fran. Pederson walked me off in game 1: https://clips.twitch.tv/FamousDilige...tZtNZu-X5IU4Qn

They won game 2 and then game 3 was wild. My bats had been sleepy all series then Big Dom got the boys going with a 3 run go ahead homer in the 8th, https://clips.twitch.tv/AlertTriangu...9fSmy0XGRP-Qtw

We ended up blowing that lead in the 9th, both team went scoreless in the 10th, 11th, and 12th before I scored 4 in the 13th, winning 8-4. And avoided out first 3 game losing streak of the season!

Next up is a big series coming back home against Philly, who sits just a game back from us at 32-19.

          LAA 9 16 0 (2BB 7K); 5 2B, 2HR
          KC 0 6 0 (2BB 7K); all singles

Something to maybe try if you'd like. Solid hits at 10 I've yet to see too many hard hit balls like you're seeing so that's kind of odd to me. Could just be bad Pirates pitching I guess.

I’ve been using cpu contact at 7 as well. I’m comfortable with timing at 8, torn between 7 or 8 solid hits though. Would probably be fine either one, just want to settle on one though.

Go for 8 lol. I have it at 10 and it's been fine there for me. I shut out the Marlins allowing only 4 hits with a 7/4/6/10 setup.

So I thought I had it at 4 but just about to play and realized power is at 5 for cpu lol. I have it at 4 for me though. Guess I was thinking I lowered them too but didn't.

Sadly going to give cpu contact at 8 a whirl. I am sticking with human consistency at 3 instead of 2. At 2 it causes too many meatballs that get hammered and feels unrealistic after a certain point. But at 3 I am not getting enough cpu offense overall so gonna raise contact to 8 and play it our for a while.

So now I am at 8/5/5/8 cpu hitting on Allstar pitching.

First game with that setup Houston's line was 7 11 0 (4BB 9K); 3 2B, 3HR. So the offense was there and I still had 9k which is solid. The game played out well and it had a feel of real baseball. Astros are tough with good hitters so 11 hits from them is good.

Game two was complete opposite. Houston's line score was 2 5 1 (3BB 13K); 2B. And that was in 10 innings. I lost 2-1 unfortunately. But two complete polar opposite games which is great.

Again this is cpu hitting with 8/5/5/8. I have hit July 1st in my season. We are 45-36 and will be looking at trades for the league now. I am thinking of completing real life trades IF they make sense within my franchise world. Meaning buyers and sellers would need to match real life. Looking at the standings it looks to be very similar to real life. The only real outlier is Arizona leading the West with a 51-30 record. I'll have to get them a SP in a trade. It will be interesting to see if they can hold on.

Going to start my franchise soon. Always used armor and swords set but seen he has stopped playing 22 and gone back to 20. Is this set dialed in? Are you seeing good ai offence? Basically should I switch over from his set to yours?

We are seeing great games and the CPU offense is dangerous. You can use the OP as is but we have been testing the following changes and have seen great results. I think you should try our set at least. We know some of the numbers look crazy compared to Armor’s but every setting has a reason. One of the issues other people were having was no CPU offense. I am the Mariners and my pitching staff has an era of 4.50.

What team are you going with?

Here are our updates that we will probably put on the OP soon.

                          CPU contact: 8
                          CPU power: 5
                          CPU timing: 5
                          CPU solid hits: 8

I'm 66 games into the 2022 Rockies franchise. It's on pause as I keep up with the MLB trade deadline.

Luckily, the Rockies are so poorly run that they are not selling anyone it seems so I won't be losing any of my starters. They seem to be happy winning 71-78 games per year.

Yeah it's a shame too cause they have great fans who love the team and baseball too. Playoff baseball in Colorado is a fun watch on TV as well.

I'm going to test a pitching only game at Coors Field now with latest live roster to see how cpu offense is there using 8/5/5/8 setup.

Coors Field is just not fun to play at. I will be finding another ballpark to use for Colorado to play in if I face them in my franchise there again. Everything there is so unnatural and unrealistic. A triple by Moustakas? Cmon now. Every time I play there I see at least one triple. Countless doubles, and of course homeruns. It's so unrealistic and ******** to where it would be a game breaker for me if I used the Rockies and played there 81 times.

It is honestly impossible to get 60-65% singles in that ballpark. I am 100% convinced of that. Even with default sliders the game no way would give 65% singles. It's a doubles fest with a triple per game thrown in, and average of 3 homeruns to boot. You'd be lucky to average 35% singles over the course of a season in that park.

                                CIN 12 18 2 (1BB 8K); 5 2B, 3B, 4HR
                                COL 5 9 2 (0BB 4K); 4 2B, 3B, 2HR

Colorado actually only had 4 hits after 6 innings, and 6 hits after 8 innings. But the 9th was the typical stuff. 3 hits, with a double and a two out homerun of course.

Idk what ballpark to use but I definitely am not using Coors. I don't want to have separate sliders just to play there. But if you are playing there a lot I would start with default cpu hitting sliders and go from there. That park is just not fun and completely breaks the game for me though.
