OH MY!! now THIS felt like baseball.

I played the exact same game with the same pitchers using the edits to HUM and CPU and the game was awesome!!

Syndergaard went 7 gave up 11 hits with 7 strikeouts and no walks
Steele went only 5 gave up 7 hits and struckout 3 with 1 walk

The Dodgers prevailed in this one 8-4

Muncy and Thompson homered for the Dodgers and Hosmer homered for the Cubs.

A few observations.....
1-This is the 1st time since v-1 that I actually felt competitive, so great job...and I'm not saying that because I won, I say that because it really felt like there was a difference in the "power" of certain Dodgers vs some of my other guys.

2- Even though I did win 8-4, the lead never really felt safe, the Cubs were on my heels the whole game and I really only was able to get some insurance in the 7th in the form of 2 added runs...and pray my bullpen didn't blow it....lol

3-Hit variety...oh man was it completely awesome, everything I wanted to see, I saw....and this is from both teams.

So with all that being said, I am positive that these will be my full time sliders and hope like hell SDS doesn't ruin the gameplay with a patch...lol

Quick edit.....the Dodgers finished with 13 hits, while the Cubs finished with 11.

Glad they worked good for you. Was that with CPU Timing at 7?

nope I had already started my game then I seen that, at 6 it worked out pretty damn good for me at this point I don't feel any major changes should be needed....that is unless a patch screws things up.

My Braves are off to a brutal start to the season.

After raking all spring 1-9 the bats have went ice cold. Pitching was an issue in spring and continues to be to start the season. We are making contact, but hitting right at fielders and the opponents are finding any hole on the field of play to drop hits in.

Record is 5-8 about to be 5-9 to start the season.

Wow!!! Highest winds I have seen in the show. In KC with 24.5mph wind in from right field.

No I use Dowies set up with the exception of whatever number comes up is where I put the slider to.

Hitting sliders do not effect simulated hitting stats.

I just started my franchise and the cpu is pulling starters in the 3rd inning and pulling rp after one inning. What can fix this? I have hook on 3

Use the sliders they have posted. It’s hard to say why they’re doing that when you’re not using the hook the recommend
