Everyone still content with cpu bullpen set up?



8 RP's (2 worst pitchers with stamina under 40 in the long slots, RP with highest stamina in MID slot #4, and no RP in SU slot #2).



I wonder if it would work better if we forced the cpu to only carry 12 pitchers "5P and 7 RP"?



That way, no RP is in a long slot and you'd just put the worst rated RP in SU slot #2.



For those of us who use 30-team control, do you think the cpu would constantly change back to 13 pitchers if we tried to have them only carry 12?



Not gonna obsess over it, but sure would like to find a remedy for the cpu's wonky bullpen usage.

I change all CP to RP except the one in MLB. Making sure there's only one guy with stamina 60+, this is the 6th SP I have in each level. That's a big one that helps. It is tedious work, but I just do it for one division at a time as I play a team in that division.

I don't know what everyone else is experiencing but these blown umpire calls are messing up the game.

As soon as I get in a tight situation the ump starts missing calls.

The strike zone changes all of a sudden.

In a crucial at bat the CPU blew multiple calls next thing I know I have given up 4 runs in a inning.

Thanks for the idea. I can at least play a game with that change and see what happens.

I don't mean to complain because I appreciate the realism but the blown call are out of control.

Appreciate all the bullpen set up feedback.

I hate doing mass attribute player edits, but I agree that it is pretty much a must to get close to accurate sim stats.

I'm beginning to think that even one RP with 40+ stamina is too many.

They revamped the draft, so it may not be an issue anymore. But last year editing relievers to closers screwed up the draft (it made closers in the draft pool disappear). So at least keep an eye out for that. Last year, I gave every team 3 closers right before the draft to prevent that. And then swapped it back.

I've dropped the first two games of a 3 game series against the Dodgers on the road.

I am playing them in the middle of a 8 game win streak so they are red hot.I haven't really pitched that bad losing 4-3 and 5-2. They have just had some innings where they just really hit my pitchers well.

Their starters have been precise hitting their spots with precision and changing speeds. I have had my chances but couldn't get the big hit when I needed it.

It is so real that it is frustrating. The Dodgers playing well in LA with all cylinders running full speed is a big challenge.

I have to win game three somehow to avoid a series sweep.

Games like these are what make you good. The effort I put in just to stay competitive would have been good enough to beat most teams on this game. This is how your skills get better. Against 75 percent of the league I would likely have two victories or at least one.

The fidelity rosters has a majority of their bullpen pitchers with stamina under 20. So would that be a good roster to use instead of going through and re-rating bullpen pitchers yourself. This would be only if you just started a franchise and wanted to start over.
Anyone using the fidelity roster and if you are how are the stats. I haven't started a franchise yet and was wondering how good that roster is with these sliders

I would love to know what the final record is for the Mets Braves and Phillies in the NL East.

That is the best division race in baseball. I wonder how many games I can expect the Phillies and Braves to win in my franchise that I am playing.

With those rosters the Phillies finished 3rd with a 78-83 record. Mets finished 1st with a 94-67 record. Braves were 2nd with 80-81. So not very exciting division.
