I’m 20-33 in my Franchise and really struggling with hitting. Power numbers are good but BA and OBP are really suffering. Difficulty working walks and moving runners base to base. Lots of solo home runs. My pitching is good. Should I consider moving hitting to all-star or are there some sliders I should start tweaking considerably while staying on HOF?

- Force advantage counts so you can be ready for a fastball
You can then bump those back up incrementally. Once you see how you can work your at-bats to your advantage it will still transfer once you up the difficulty. This will bring up your OBP and increase the amount of XBH's as a consequence too.Comment

Originally posted by JstnJA lot of this is plate discipline. You can start by lowering CPU pitch consistency and control drastically down (too far down, on purpose). Once you get used to how you can exploit that to:- Get walks

Help!!
I’m trying to remove an injury for a cpu team. I did it with ease in previous years.
I have gone to user settings, to general, changed injuries to manual (for both my settings and sim settings), go back to team’s injured players list, go to injured player and don’t see option to remove injury. I have roster control set to manual for cpu teams as well.
Please tell me what I’m doing wrongYankees modern day

Re: Armor & Sword's Clean Screen Classic/Directional MLB The Show 25 Sliders
I will say, this is the first time I’ve been excited to do franchise for a few years now. This is the best all around franchise for awhile. I decided to play as the Mariners. I am currently about 10-8 I think. I started out dominating with pitching and then I came across the Rangers and they freaking smoked me in a 3 game series. Even the last game of the series I was winning by like 8 runs and in the 7th inning theu scored 10 runs on me. Unbelievable. While I am cursing at the TV for that, I still enjoyed every second of it. This years franchise plus these sliders is going to make for a great year.

You can’t remove it from the screen that has who is listed on each IL. You have to hit R1 to go to the list of all your players. Go to the injured player and hit X. It’ll give you the option to remove injury

Re: Armor & Sword's Clean Screen Classic/Directional MLB The Show 25 Sliders
Sliders are playing great. The only change I made was moving cpu pitching control back to default 5. Started seeing a few too many meatballs for my liking and my averages had hiked a little too high.
Cpu strike freq at 4 is working wellComment

Isn't this effected by whether CPU roster control was or wasn't selected at the start of the franchise?

Its a common mistake for people trying to do 30 team control to accidently choosing CPU Roster Control On. 30 team control and CPU roster control are two entirely separate functions.
