Question for the masses regarding pitcher stamina...my starters are in the yellow by the 6th inning and 70-75 pitches...do you continue to throw your guys in the yellow or does stamina need to be touched at all?

In addition to this the CPU is consistently pulling starters at 60-65 pitches and 4-5 innings even when pitching well. So I think stamina/ CPU hook needs some tweaking. I have human stamina up to 6 with CPU starter/reliever stamina at 7/6 (same as S&B). CPU hook at 3 but that might need to come down (S&B has it at 0). Otherwise I think the sliders are playing pretty good right now.

That's simply not happening for me on a regular basis.....I don't even know what to say.

I'm seeing this too in back to back series now. I've changed the hook settings to 0 for the starter and then 5 when the bullpen starts to come in and albeit it's only been 3 games I've seen SP going 5 innings minimum and getting pulled with +80 pitches. I'm going to keep an eye out at where their starting stamina is - maybe it is tied to that and I had no noticed. Besides that, game is playing pretty darn good with these sliders. Keep up the great work A&S!

I see CPU starters removed in the 4th and 5th consistently.

The average IP/Start this season has only been 5.3, with 5 teams averaging less than 5ip/start, so it's not too far off if you're seeing that. I've personally seen the good starters going further, sometimes to the 7th or 8th.

If you're seeing the SP pulled with about 80 pitches, then that's pretty much spot on with real life. The league average is 86 pitches/start right now.

Yes, this is with the slider at 0. At 5 I am seeing them pulled in the 4th more times than not, and with my ability to swing at bad pitches, I don't think its the pitch count.

I am going to look into the whole early pull dilemma it seems many are having. I have seen early pulls...but they were absolutely contextually correct based on the games flow and situation. I have seen some questionable ones...but not every single game...not even close to that. So I am very careful to just turn a slider one way or the other to cure something I have not seen as a true issue in my experience.

I am about finished with the month of June so I am almost halfway thru my Year 1 Yankees franchise.

Is there a way to turn off the hideous player shield when they make a catch or throw? I play with manual throwing because I want to decide where they throw the ball to but that shield is horrible around the player....

Any shame in lowering pitch speed to 6/6? My 61 year old eyes are struggling to catch up to low 90’s fastballs at 7/7, even when I am sitting on them. I have tried 6/6 in a few practice games and I definitely hit better in terms of not always being late on fastballs - but then I feel guilty for lowering pitch speed to make things a bit easier

Shame? Dude……lower them. It’s totally personel where you have pitch speeds. Enjoyment is the most of the utmost importance.

7/7 is perfect for me for some it’s too fast and for some way too slow lol.

I go one step further and put Breaking Balls at 6 and Fastballs at 5. That way I don't look silly swinging too early at breaking balls.
