Yep, to go in and out of commissioner mode just go to the game drop down and edit human managers.

There's also a custom award, but I haven't delved into how to set that up.

The rosters on 14.1 are still rather outdated (Casper Wells on Seattle, etc) so I was just wondering if there were custom rosters out yet?

i don't know what the all-in-one mod is, but if that's the one with the real jerseys, logos, portraits, roster, then yes. I'm asking about the all-in-one mod.

Every single mod. would i be able to use every mod with a Mac?

          Yes, mods aren't platform specific.

Those are most current and I don't know of any custom rosters. They are based off of opening day. I think you could make the change if you like. Go into commish mode and release Wells and sign him to the Blue Jays.

              Re: ***The Official OOTP Thread***

Saw this thread on OOTP Forums and thought it was a good question -

I'm just wondering how many people are like me in this regard, so I created a poll to see the proportion of people who act as gm only vs. people who handle everything.

There are a number of options:

              1. Act as GM only, watch/sim every game, delegate setting lineups/rotation

This means you have enabled the "act as GM only" option (under manager options), delegated setting lineups/depth charts/rotation to your manager (under manager options), and you either sim or watch EVERY game (as in you hand off offense strategy, baserunning, pitching strategy, defense strategy, and substitutions to you manager, under game options)

              2. Act as GM only, watch/sim games, set own lineups/rotation

"Act as GM only" enabled, watch or sim VAST MAJORITY of games, but you set your own lineups/rotation/depth.

              3. Act as GM only, manage games, delegate lineups/rotation

"Act as GM only" enabled, you delegate setting lineups/rotation/depth to your manager, but you play out (manage) a significant number of games, as per your own definition of "significant", keeping in mind the spirit of this poll (ie. do you manage enough games throughout the season that you consider yourself to "manage games" or do you just manage once in a while, during the playoff race, or in the playoffs).

              4. Full Control

You manage most games, and set your own lineups/rotation/depth, REGARDLESS of whether you have enabled the "act as GM only" option.
              .

If I disable automatic HoF Induction, does that mean the AI won't induct anybody and I have to do it manually?

Do you guys play with "Overall ratings based on all players, not positions" on or off? It's set to off by default.

I hired Bud Black as my pitching coach, maybe that'll help.

I got too many bats, no arms. Time to unload some bats for starting pitching.

Built the Cubs into a winner. Made playoffs in 2018. First season over .500 was 2015 after going 67-95 and 62-100.

Unrealistic, asking for a refund on the game

I hired Dave Duncan as my pitching coach for one season last year and it was the worst year my pitchers have had. Maybe I needed the LaRussa combo for him to be good.
