Has anyone done a Season, or rather simmed it to see trades? Is the trade logic any good?

How are the rosters? Are rookies, such as Ryan Braun, Joba Chamberlain, and Carlos Gomez included?

          Thanks!

Batter injured after fouling a ball off his foot.
CPU catcher overthrowing the second baseman on a steal attempt.
Foul tips that are caught by the catcher, had one that it counted as the third strike (cool).
Passed ball although the announcer said it was a wild pitch. Clearly just a passed ball though.

This is just after playing 4 games.

No way. These legless freaks have way more charm than attempts to create realistic player models. Plus, they don't need to waste time on thousands of perfect animations.

Does this game have that this is cool feeling (ala The Bigs) but feels like that coolness will wear off?

This game has that cool feeling where there's so much you can edit and do that you could be playing this for years.

I have that game (and last years). The game is GREAT except for the language barrier. If it came on in MLB form and in English...wow.

It's different, it's fresh and you have never played anything like it, unless your a participant of this series before.

It's hard to describe, but I could not put the show in and play it for 15 times in a day. Well I couldn't do that with any game, as boredom would set in real quick. I have probably played now about 17/18 exhibition games just today( day off, wife out of town) and I am going to play some more tonight....which is sad, but it is that much fun.
Wow, you make this game sound great. I've gotta try & stop by my game store tomorrow & pick up the PS2 version. This game is a real bargain at only $29.99 considering the fun factor it seems to provide.

it's kinda neat seeing these "things" (don't know what you call them ) mimic their real life person.. batting stances & windups (like Jeter, Clemens).. just sick.

saw an injury myself (Furcal with a shoulder injury) but he got treatment & stayed in the game..

The batting stances and pitching motions are extremely close to life-like so yes I agree.

I was looking through the different batting stances and they even have two Alex Rodriguez stances.

They have a 2005 version and his most current one (2006).

The difference is noticeable and it's great because if you wanted to create an ARod in his Seattle days you could do that. The 2005 version has his front foot on a higher arch off the ground. I used to love that batting stance.

I highly suggest it Eric, I am not here to convince anybody to buy or not buy. All I know is that 95% of the impressions are of people just blown back by how much fun this game is.

I had no idea what to expect, and as I learn more, the more fun it becomes.

I started getting tired of the Bigs after just a few games. Power Pros is more like No Mercy on the N64, where people will be playing it years from now.
