What I've been doing is, sicne you can't use all the lineup changes and player changes for teams in arrange mode unless you unlocked that thing or whatever, I've been editing ALOT players for players that should be in the starting lineup. So I'm swapping them by editing their names and so forth. I look at the exhibition lineups then see what the CPU has in. Then I go and make the approriate edits in MY DATA, since the arrange team mode seems kind of useless to set all the lineups like you want in season for all the cpu teams and stuff.

    Sooo....here is an example...

Editing the Devil Rays,.... CPU has Wigginton in as the 1B and batting 4th. So I go in MY DATA edit Wigginton to all Carlos Pena numbers and name so CPU starts him. Then I went back and named Pena I think Josh Wilson with all the approraite stats and position for Wilson, because CPU didn't have Pena starting over Wigginton anyways, so Wilson will be on the bench backing up the middle infield.

It's so tedious. I wish there was an easier way,,,,,,
Thanks man. Has anyone created Joba Chamberlain? I think I'm just gonna focus on getting the Yankees right and forget the other teams for now.
    Go Yankees!
    Go Packers!
    Go RedBulls!

I started to but I wasn't sure if the right way was to take him through success mode or just edit someone like Mike Myers.

I did. I just edited Proctor to him, because the CPU had Proctor setup I think to Middle or long relief. Then I just edited all the stats to Joba's.

That's what I've been doing, and hopefully I get through all the teams in a few days. I'e been editing guys not on the team and changing their names to guys that are, then changing their stats.

I even had to change some non starters on the team because the CPU has them starting, then changing two players they already had created just so I can get the starter in the lineup,,,,phew. Lots of work. Had to do it all through MY DATA, because the arrange team mode isn't much of any help.

I guess I got roster obsessiveness even with teams I'm not controlling. I mean they don't have to be exact, but I'm not playing the Cubs or playing with the Cubs if they have Itzuris starting at SS. Should be Theriot, or even Cedeno there, but not Itzuris.

I'll have them done hopefully sometime this week. I guess I can try to post them for the wii, but who knows if we can even get these suckers on the net then on SD cards.

What does Joba throw besides fastball and slider? Is that it?

He throws an average change too. I haven't seem him use it in relief (his fastball and slider are so good why would he?) but I'm sure it will be back when he becomes a starter again. I vaguely recall him having a curve too but not one you would rely on, more of a mix-in pitch.

Fastball,,,his 10-4 slider is his outpitch usually and above average, and an average to below average curveball more of a change of pace with a changeup.

right now I'm not worrying to much about pitch types.

Just trying to get all the names right, and the attributes right for hitters.

I love the automatic stat generator, this way for hitters, when I give them attribtues I can find out if I'm in the ballpark of their real range, if it generates close to their season ending stats.

The automatic stat generator is great for hitters but it seems to predict every pitcher with a fastball in the 90s will keep their ERA below 3.00.

I haven't figured all this stuff out yet, but I do know that ARRANGE mode lets you swap players in and out between teams, no problemo. Can ARRANGE mode rosters be used in SEASON mode? Or does ARRANGE mode already work like SEASON mode?

ARRANGE rosters can only be used in SEASON mode if you have 100,000 points and you unlock the option in the shop.

So is there a planned PS2/PS3 roster file?
