Originally posted by baa7I specifically asked in the developer interview if this and two other issues had been addressed. He stated "most" had been. Guess last year's roster issues aren't on that "most" list.Comment

Hmmm well...I think I read somewhere that this has to do with the unlimited years in franchise mode. I could be wrong tho.Member of the Official OS Bills Backers Club

Originally posted by baa7I pointed out a couple of times that the roster issue has been a problem since at least 2K4. So I'm betting they've tried, but don't know how to fix it. I'd also guess that could be the reason the double switch doesn't work again for the 4th year in a row -- can't figure out how to make it work properly.Comment

There are fixes and workarounds for these issues, if people need them. It’s just annoying and time-consuming. And when it happens in franchise, it means having to release and resign players, in order to fix the problem… which isn’t very appropriate if you’re running a franchise. But that's just your team. The CPU team rosters that are bunged up like that, can't be fixed.Last edited by baa7; 04-04-2006, 10:14 PM.Comment

Re: Official PS2/Xbox Bugs, Glitches Thread
i'm hoping that these issues are fixed for the 360 version (though they probably won't be). it really amazes me that they put out every single game with one of these crazy a$$ glitches. i know i will now wait for your guys' impressions on the 360 version b4 i even open the game up. and if these issues are in the game i will take it back and i may be done with 2ksports for good. at 60.00 a pop im not accepting bs glitches in their games any more.PSN: DoubleLGetsBusy

The one good part about the 360 version is that if they want they can make a auto update avaliable. to fix the gameComment

Originally posted by daveyoung7has anyone noticed that pitching fatigue for the AI goes extremely fast? I played 3 games so far and the opposing pitcher did not get out of the 5th inning. I used the sliders and put pitching fatigue down to zero. The opposing pitcher still did not get out of the 5th inning. This can be a game killer for me. Anyone else notice this?
As for another post, I've only seen a hat fly off once, and that was during the demo when you don't press anything. Juan Pierre booked it to first on a chopped ball, so I'm guessing this only happens when the runner puts on the Turbo and reaches their top speed.
I dunno, just watchign this game is pretty neat, but my thoughts will probably differ once I start actually playing games. But so far, the AI doesn't really do terrible things when playing itself.Comment
