Two in the same game.

Padres at Mets(me)

Castillo up against Maddux in the bottom of the third. 0-2 count, swings and fouls one back to the screen. Miller and the umpire call strike three and he goes to the bench. The replay even showed the foul ball.

In the same inning, Delgado grounds a ball to first, the first basemen goes to his right grabs it a never throws to the pitcher covering. He just stood there.

I'm starting to see way too many of these stupid little things in this game. It's a good thing EA will probably take over this company, because most of these people should be s***canned anyway. Some of this stuff is just appalling.

CPU pitcher warping accross to cover first base.

this game freeze for anyone else? happened to me twice already...one time after i made a pitching change, the pitches came up but i couldnt throw a pitch...then just now i caught a routine fly ball, throw it in and my 2b catches it. i let him hold it so the next batter can come up...it just stops player just sits there..not going to the next screen...

On throws home the catcher does this spin thing and tags the runner but the runner is already across the plate but is always called out

Have you noticed that the catcher will never block homeplate. He stands in front so he has to do that spin-o-rama tag. Frustrating when it costs you runs because the C couldn't do his job.

I have seen 2 Outfield glitches, one where there Outfielder would throw the ball for nothing allowing a Inside the Parker and once one wouldn't pick up the ball for nothing until the batter crossed the plate.

I've seen the one where the OF doesn't pick up the ball. It's happened to me twice, one time resulting in an inside the park HRs. I just sit there moving the OFer over the ball until he picks it up.

Ive also seen where the IFer just watches the ball roll right by him. It's pretty funny on the replay b/c the guy actually turns his head to watch the ball go by while just standing there.

mine is a rather big one so forgive me if it is not a 'new' issue as I am too pi**ed to search the entire board right now to see if it happened elsewhere:

I finally get time to mess with "franchise" last night and sim out the 1st year with my Cubs to what happens in the off-season. I go thru the re-sign, release, draft, F/A period, then I go to re-order my roster and it FREEZES!

Dammit! But I say that because I did not save @ any point. I reset everything and start it again...I went thru it once, I'll hit save after the draft is over this time, right?.....it freezes again right after the draft this time....after my immediate, confirmed save. No biggie, right?

I reset again. reload the save and the save location is now back at the 'release screen' (one calendar week before the draft) and when prompted to go forward I hit "Yes" and it freezes @ this point so I cannot even get to my drafted players....Reset one last time and the same exact thing happened.

This game just went from a 7-7.5 down to a 3 in my book. all I could think about was the jacked up file saves last year after the patch and how 2k just can't the basics down, year after year?

I've seen it mentioned before but the AAA Yankees team, the SWB Yankees lineup cannot be editied. The pitching rotation can, but the lineup can't.

See this isn't good. This is the reason why I broke my 2K6 disc in half one night in a league game.

I tried to sign in to XBOX live, I got a message from 2K saying your cards are out of date you need to update. I clicked OK, I connect to XBOX live and I no longer have any cards. The Update took away all the cards! Has anyone else experienced this?

See this isn't good. This is the reason why I broke my 2K6 disc in half one night in a league game.

Yeah, it can be pretty frustrating at times. It doesn't happen that much but enough to piss you off. The one with the OFers has only happened twice but the one with the IFers has happened about 10x or roughly once every 3 games.

my opponents pitcher keeps running over to tag my runner going to first instead of covering the bag. how is this fixed? baserunner speed, infeild speed?

I looked back a bunch of pages and didn't see anything about this, but I would be surprised if it wasn't reported already. Anyways, so far I've only played games in the minor league stadiums cuz I'm mimmicking Spring Training, so I have not played any games so far in the regular big league stadiums so I don't know if this happens in those as well, just the minor league ones. Please forgive me if this has already been reported.

1. When playing in some of the minor league stadiums, possibly the new download minor league stadiums as well (almost positive), in the bullpen you can see the catcher's burried in the ground. Basically all you can see is the tops of their helmets, their gloves, and their arms when they throw the ball back the the warming pitcher's. I think you can see it from any camera in the stadium. I know I saw it on a homerun replay as well as the replay in the start menu.

2. Another thing I noticed was when they show the pitcher warming up in the pen, it looks as if the pitcher is facing the wrong direction and throwing his pitches into the wall that is suppose to be behind him. Very strange. Later
