Has anyone simulated a season yet? I'm curious to see how the stats and everything pan out, as well as how trades look, etc.

This will probably be the first thing I do... I'm just waiting for the game to finish installing.

can ANYONE...please tell me if they correctly changed adrian beltre's batting stance back to his sig style or is it still the generic closed? Same goes for alfonso soriano and jorge cantu. It has been there since 2k7 but a glitch happened in 2k10 and it wasnt fixed.

My question relates to auto-save, can it be turned off successfully this year? The last two years, the option hasn't worked and I was stuck making two saves for each franchise or myplayer. I haven't had that issue with NBA 2k11, only with the MLB series.

Last year you couldn't turn off auto-save in myplayer and I can't remember if you couldn't in franchise either. Regardless, was hoping someone could try this for me because I detest auto-save in sports games. Thanks!

Beltre stance looks exactly like the Demo to me. I am in hitting drill mode right now.

Soriano and Beltre have custom ones, and Jorge Cantu is signature(It looks similar to a generic one though).

mlb today is an option to play that days real life baseball games with the actual lineups of the real teams. It is you vs the cpu.

Yeah, you can have custom soundtracks. You have to rip songs into your Xbox, then create a playlist for the track(or tracks).

After simming a season, the stats look good. If you want any specifics let me know. As for trades, there werent many but two stood out. . .

Also the contracts still are off causing the free agency pool to be thin. Albert Pujols (6yr, 91.6m) and Prince Fielder (7yr, 67.1m) took below market value to resign.

just a couple easy questions from this MLB 2k noob.

1. In the demo, when a ball is hit, for example, over my 2nd baseman's head, how do I get control of the outfielder? It seems the computer is moving him (the outfielder) and I only take over when he gets the ball to throw. Is this due to a certain difficulty setting? Or do I need to press a certain button to change fielders? ( I swear I pressed every button to no avail.)

2. On 360, is there a button for the fielder to jump?

3. What are the different views for fielding? About how many options are there? I am just not a big fan of the default view when it's hit to the outfield..

Once i get these couple issues figured out, I'll probably be picking this game up tomorrow..

1. Press A and it will put you in control of the next player closest to the ball.

2. Right trigger is for diving but, I made a jumping catch with Torii Hunter a little while ago. He jumped towards his left and caught it. I think pressing X is for jumping to rob HR's .

3. There's 3 options for fielding cams... 2k9, 2k10, and 2k11. You can adjust the zoom and height for them too(1-10).
