Thinking of getting this, but a question:

My wife likes to play baseball games with me sometimes, but she doesn't like to field. Can you turn fielding to automatic, and could I save a user profile just for her so I don't have to change the setting every time we play?

Autofielding yes, the user settings I dunno never tried

Posted this in the Impressions thread, but guess it is better suited for this thread:

For 2K12...Did 2K remove the ability to upload a boxscore after a game? Or do you have to do it before advancing to the next game? Asking because I had advanced to my 3rd game, after playing the first 2, and then wanted to go back and upload my boxscore but only options were Daily View and something else, not upload boxscore.

How do you steal bases in My Player mode? (Xbox)

I try to hold the RT but it always goes WAY to early or I wait until way after the pitch. I've also tried pressing RB but that doesn't work

You have to hold RT. You'll feel a slight vibrate. Once you're ready to steal, release the trigger.

How do I tell how much energy my players have in the lineup before the game starts, and with relievers in the bullpen when I'm trying to decide who to warm up?

Push LB and RB in the Controller Select screen right before playing a game. You'll see all available jerseys for your team there.

I apologize if this has been asked before, but how do you turn Autosave off in Franchise Mode? I have Autosave turned off in the main menu but once I start a Franchise it always autosaves my Franchise when I don't want it to.

Can't shut it off in Franchise mode. I have the PC version and simply make copies of my save files before I procede each time.

Has anyone tried a diving catch and NOT made the catch, like the ball hitting off the heel of the glove, or maybe mistimed? So far, every dive has been successful.

So with the uniform selection, do a lot of the teams have any new throwbacks? Are the Padres early 80's jerseys in?
