Nope, I'm not gonna buy it. No matter how much it costs. 2K's attempts at baseball have been a shame for years now.

I'll pay regular price 60 bucks for 360 and 30 bucks for PC.....just as I have every year....

No need to belittle their game with a 20 buck price tag, that's a insult to the company and the devs who spent time making it.

2ksports deserves the same respect as any other title.

Depends on what they add/change. But I most likely will lean towards to the show unless a miracle happens.

I can't blame anyone for balking at the $60 price tage. But 2K12 was my favorite console baseball game ever. I'm going to get it day one. The fact that I am fairly sure they have not screwed anything up that I liked from last year's game just makes it an easier buy.

Since the $20 price tag is what angered the NFL, as they felt like it cheapened their sport, I am not surprised that MLB would expect the game to sit on shelves at full price. I think this release is 90% just MLB doing what they had to do to get a game on the 360.

Yup. I doubt it'll be only a roster update, but even if it's minor tweaks to bugs, moving the Astro's to the AL West and a roster update, I'll be pre-ordering.

If we're all being honest here, most games today are simply roster updates with a few upgrades.
Some games, like EA' NHL series, add online modes like HUT or EASHL, but I don't play online.
So for an offline gamer for me, a great majority of sports titles are simply roster updates and patches to bugs.

LOL...I really doubt it will be a roster update. If 2k fix the glitches that was in 2k12 and add the Astros too the AL west. It would no doubt be worth $65 in my book.

2k12 is a good game, too bad the problems and glitchs, they fix that and in the end is a very, very solid baseball game, worth 60/65 bucks easy...

I'm in for $19.95. I have been a longtime 2k supporter going back to the Dreamcast days, and when they want to, they can put out a hell of a product (NBA, NFL, early NHL). I have been really disappointed with MLB in the 360 generation, but I would give them another shot at a discount. It's not even really the money, frankly, it's just the concept more than anything. I'll always give 2k/VC a chance, though.

Although I'd really be a lot happier if they somehow pulled a college hoops license out of their rear-end....

Last year they offered 2 games for the price of 1 (NBA 2k12 packaged in). $29.99 seems fair if it is the bare minimal upgrade. If they offer more content I have no problem paying more.

I won't be surprised if they do another deal with NBA 2K13. But realistically, this game is all on MLB. And they have no desire to see their sport sold as a budget title anymore than the NFL did when 2K tried to sell NFL 2K5 for $20. The NFL went out and made deal with EA immediately.

No one is wrong if they find the price too high for for what amounts to content that should be a $20 DLC update. Although, if one sat out 2K12, this will be a legitimate $60 game. This is not 2K8 or 2K9 which had major issues.

I think the $60 price tag will hurt sales. I don't think 2K cares because they didn't even want to release the game. It's only coming out because MLB made them a great deal.

I wouldn't be surprised if the price MLB is charging is significantly less than what Sony is paying. Supply and demand. 2K wasn't demanding anything, while Sony pretty much has to release the game.

I will pay full price. It won't be a simple roster update. I look forward to hearing the broadcast team talk about the events of 2012. Will be interested to see if they comment on the playoffs in the game.
