Oh my God! After seeing those movies, there is no doubt in my mind that I'm getting this game.

i've got this game preordered and just wondering when is the last day that you developers can change the game and complete the final work.

                  FatPitcher,

What's the biggest challenge for you guys in making the game say 4 player like it is in NFL, NBA, and Hockey? I'm just curious to what kind of technical challenge that would be... and if it's an answer that is technical, I can follow. I'm just curious.

Acclaim does a pretty decent job with 4 player on ALL Star, but I would love to see you guys do the same thing for ESPN. Some of the funner times on Xbox live have been playing NFL with some buddies while taking on other guys online.

I hope that this is something you guys might be able to work in for next year. I'm sure there are others out there that would like to see the ability to play co-op with a friend.

Thanks for your time FatPitcher, it's nice you're finally taking questions. Some of us guys that liked ESPN last year were getting worried.

                  <hr /></blockquote><font class="post">

Yeah, this is something we are looking into for next year. The biggest problem would be the fielding. It's all set up assuming that 1 person is the "selected" fielder. If it wanted to grab another fielder and make him cover second base, for example, and that fielder was suddenly ALSO human-controlled, then it would get confused and fall over and no one would cover second and you'd try to throw and you wouldn't throw and you'd say WHEN WILL SEGA LEARN?!?!?!

                  So that wouldn't be good.

                  <hr /></blockquote><font class="post">

The way that they have it set up in All-Star baseball is that when you have more than 1 player everyone has to select who they control in the field so that way you don't have the problems of switching to the guys at the same time. If you guys check out how Acclaim does it with ALL-Star and just lift it from them, you'll have some happy gamers since it's actually a pretty cool setup they have - if you've never checked it out... they let you pick the fielders you'll control and who you control in the batting order. So, it it's hit too 2nd base, then the player controlling the 2nd basemen will know it's his Q to do things.
Now the question is... it's hit too 2nd base and say Player 2 runs after it, what happens to the short stop covering 2nd? What they did is have the CPU control the fielders until the ball is in that particular players glove. Get where I'm going?

Thanks for answering the question FatPitcher. I hope really do hope you guys find a way to impliment multiplayer co-op next year.

Am I correct to assume the minor leagues won't have simmed stats?

Have you fixed your stat engine to make simmed stats realistic?

Besides the new GM mode have any changes been made to the franchise mode

Will there be less "stars" in the amatuer draft this year

Will all the players from the amatuer draft have stellar speed and defense again - that was silly
