In answer to your question...based on last year's WSB, I would say that ESPN is going to handle walks and strikeouts much better than MVP. I really like MVP2004, but it does have some issues...walks being one of them. Steals is the other. To be honest, I'm a little disappointed, since all the previews made this game out to be almost perfect. The CPU swings at just about every strike...the walks are almost nonexistant...and steals ARE non existant. I would say that ESPN is much more solid in all those areas. Another thing that WSB did very well was handle it's roster(lineups and rotations) when changes needed to be made. I'm talking about callups and such..not the on field moves(which I think MVP does VERY well).

Hey Knight, sounds good to me man and good to see you as well, I actually thought WSB was going to be the game over the rest but have to see it to believe it, the more I had played MVP the more the faults I kept finding and there gets to a point where the fundamentals are just not done correctly. Just get the fundamentals right and build around it.

Hey Fatpitcher this is ghost I'm new here I just wanted to know, can you use hall of Fame players in season or franchise mode this year? and do you have Ichiro's batting style this year his bat point to the sky thing he does? also in the demo the game has a red blue & yellow box beside the players picture in the player card what do they mean?

The deal maker for me is the ability to make trades to kepp up with real trades in the major leagues DURING A SEASON THAT I HAVE ALREADY STARTED. MVP dosent allow this.

I think ESPN allowed this last year. How about this year?

Is there a overall confidence meter in franchise mode? For instance if lets say Albert Pujols played horrible for the first month of the season, would he start games with a low confidencebecause he has been playing so badly? or does confidence not affect anything outside of individual games. Hope you can understand what im asking here.

Do you HAVE to use the first person view? Can you use the old style view that was in the first Sega Baseball game for Xbox (before 2K3)?
