I try to add the critical AAA players or potential callups first. I read a number of blogs and keep an eye out for those players that are being talked about on a daily basis. The time it takes me to do updates on the major league players is a LOT, so the lower level minor leaguers aren't high on the priority list. Hope you understand...but appreciate the suggestions. I'll see what I can do...

MK, just wanted to stop by and thank you (and everyone else involved as well) for your hard work and dedication in making these rosters, and you're the reason why I'm sticking with 2K12 for another year instead of going to 2K13. I'm using your rosters and sliders in my Mets franchise and I'm currently having a blast with them!

Also, sorry to bother you, but do you think you could add Mets pitchers Jack Leathersich, Darin Gorski, and Rafael Montero to the game? Thanks.

Just got done with my first game using MK's sliders. I beat the Astros (CPU) with the Mariners (ME). 13-6 Was the final score. Yes I know it was the Astros but I just wanted to see how difficult the sliders were. Hernandez went 7.1 strong innings. Giving up three runs. As my relievers gave up the other three runs. And I used three of them.

Just played another game. The Mariners (Me) beat the Red Sox (CPU) 3-2 in 11 innings. Aaron Harang pitched 10 innings with 7 K's. I scored two runs in the first. Then in the second Mike Napoli hit a two run bomb over the Green Monster And in the top of 11th I scored with Raúl Ibañez hitting an inside the park homer! The right feilder dove for the ball and missed it. (Which I then automatically sent him home)

Box Score:
Mariners: 2 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 1
Boston: 0 2 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0

I did however strikeout 11 times against Dempster who went 8.2 innings. About the only real blemish in the game for me though.

All and all really liking the sliders!

these are predominatley xbox, there are some issues with the pc version, but nothing big

Working on a new update. Will include 3 newly created pitchers: Jonathan Pettibone (PHI - starter to be called up today), And the carousel known as the Houston Astros pitching situation (also known as hell): Brett Oberholtzer and Jose Cisnero (whom will activated today - and good luck to you).

Hi!

First, congratulations on the roster. I was thinking of buying a new baseball game, was going with 2k13, but then i saw this thread!!

Also the 2k12 game is on xbox marketplace (im from Europe, so it´s easier to buy from there).

Just wan´t to ask if there is a version of this roster that has something like "best case scenario" lineups. No injuries, all the best players on the lineups, etc...

Dont know if i am expressing myself correctly on the question, but still...

Thanks for the kind words. Appreciate it - great group effort here. Regarding the "best case scenario" roster: no, it's totally based on actual lineups. If you wanted to do that with the latest update, you could yourself. Just check the AAA and AA rosters - as the injured players are stashed there, and I'm guessing 85% of them are on the AA teams.

I did not get a new roster posted last night as I've been extremely busy with my work and my wife is sick. My son has a track meet tonight (away) so I'm not sure when I'll get it up - most likely Wednesday (but hopefully sooner). Blame the Cincy Reds last night for having a 13 inning game that kept me glued to the TV, along with a fun NBA playoff game.

Unfortunately my MLB knowledge is not as good as NBA, NHL and NFL. I recognize the best players but not all of the bottom of the lineup players.

But, no problem, i´ll get an idea from the overall stat and i´ll get to know the players better!
