    Yes, I really like it, it does add variety like classic hitting, but the contact/power ect... has to be really low, 0 or 5, or there are too many doubles and homers.

      Are you using the your sliders that you updated on post 23 like that or are
      you using those with the human contact, power, and power swing at 0 and
      step influence at 100?

      I'm going to go play a game changing the contact power swing etc to 0 and step influence to 100
      and i'll post my stats.

        Im trying both. I like using my house rules, so I'll probably stick with the ones I have. I'm very interested in your stats by the way you hit though.

          I think alot of the extra base hit are my fault, i've been struggling with
          the zone pitching, but I like it tho. I have not been real accurate there for leaving alot of meat pitches for the cpu to hit.
          and most of the cpu K's are cause alot of time I lack Patience and start

            wow, I really like the looks of that. I give up an average of 4-5 runs a game with zone pitching myself. There are just 2 or 3 times a game when that circle gets small, you give up a meat pitch that gets rocked. I have gotten through it on a couple occasions and have gotten shutouts, but it takes alot of concentration and a little luck until you get that big circle back. Sometimes I've noticed it's best to pitch around a big hitter and walk a guy until it comes back then go from there. Keep them coming ulua, and thanks for all your feedback. Looks like we are progressing.

At 100, the pitching interface makes it extremely difficult to avoid the middle part of the plate. I find that with zone pitching, if you miss your mark it is very likely an AI homerun, even by players that don't have a lot of power. Thanks again for your hardwork.

                        I have settings in my last post for both classic and swing stick. I've been playing around with both of them. The variety is there for both, but more for classic hitting. I find swing stick more realistic though because I use the pull and release tactic on every swing except for meat pitches. And I have had shots down the line, etc....so both are really acceptable when if comes to hitting.

                        I like my take ball/strike sliders as well. I'll forever stick with them.

                        Now, the AI hitting. This is the only part of the game I really hate. It's kept me from playing my season on many occasions. I just can't find the right balance. I like 55 for contact, 50 for power, but strikeouts are far and few between. I tried Papi's settings, but it's pretty much the same boat, plus you have to raise pitch speed to 90+ in order for the AI to hit well. If you do that, we'll never catch up to the pitch with classic hitting. I'm open for any suggestions for AI hitting, I don't want to lower the skill or effective mod, it results in not enough offense for the AI. I've thought of 55 contact/45 power, but it seems 55/50 is the most equal ground I can find.

                        Latest update is on page #3, post #23. Keep the feedback and suggestions coming guys. I want to start my season by this weekend.

                          These look really good ulua, I like the hit variety. Are you still pushing up and around on the swing stick? I know I had pitch speed set at 65 for these, I think I had corner at 30, overall strikes at 45 and throw strikes behind at 60, right?

                          How was the overall feel of the game for you? Maybe we need to move the contact up to 5 or 10. AI strikeouts look a little high.

                          How come your pitcher only went 4.1 IP? Maybe we need to lower fatigue on human side by 5 as well.

                            yah I really like these sliders, I took him out casue he was getting pounded
                            and had to bring in some one to stop the bleeding lol

                              These are the sliders i'm using right now these are your sliders and the
                              the one in RED are the ones you suggested for me for my style of batting
                              with the swing stick, however there is one change that I made in BLUE
                              AI SKILL I changed it form 100 to 85 and this helped to eliminate a lot of
                              the cpu HR's, I started a game and thru 4 it was a pitchers duo it was 0 -0
                              thur in the 5th they scored 4 and came back to score 2 but had to stop
                              playing in the 7th had to go out. thur 7 I only gave up 1 hr and a few
                              doubles and triples so I think the hit variation is still there. but like I said
                              it was only half a game, I will play a few more games with AI skill at 85
                              and will post my stats.
