What about power for human? I'll play another one using swingstick with 60 at contact, and 25 step.. last game i had step infl. at 50! I'm sure this game will see a big difference in something

Human power is 18. I just double checked my human contact and I actually have it at 55, though I'm going to try it at 50.

Once you get the timing down with the swing stick you'll see the difference. I think I'm some where in the middle of the pack in the team HR category. I'm sadly only hitting .229 with my Cubs franchise.

trinity, 45 power? i use swing stick........wont you be jacking them out left and right with the power that high i was having good games at 12 power for each, just asking cuz i'm really suprised.......












All #'s are the # of "clicks" from left to right on slider, starting from ZERO!!! Thanks to community for base sliders to work off of, as I am still tweaking these a bit myself.

Ya.. I know. I normally use classic batting though, but Im trying to use swingstick now, and once I get the timing down, Im sure I will have to go back down to 18 or so, and AI power at 23 has been doing fine with me so far. I use catcher suggestions though if that matters at all, with classic, pinpoint pitching

Once you get the timing down with the swing stick you'll see the difference. I think I'm some where in the middle of the pack in the team HR category. I'm sadly only hitting .229 with my Cubs franchise.

That's pretty decent then, maybe up your contact to 55 again and lower your power. That way you can get more hits w/o the HR's to get a good balance with average versus HR's???

WOW! AWESOME SLIDERS

Man I was losing hope in with this game. no runs, no fun. This game is so much better with your sliders man. Kinda like MVP only better and realistic. I just want to say thank you!

First game with these, I was the Red Sox playing the Rockies. I won 12-9 in a comeback win, highlight was a grand slam by Ortiz after the CPU walked in two runs. After the grand slam i took the lead and never looked back.

Anyway, maybe a little too much offense for my liking, but it was just one game. I'm going to give these at least two more games before I make any changes, but I really liked them. If I make changes I'll probably just lower Human batting skill, and maybe increase CPU strikes a little bit. Their bullpen was awful.

I think the sliders are fine with whatever you use... just with swingstick apparently your HR's will be up high once you do get the timing down. So, when that happens, just do what I'm doing, and lower Human Power. Also, you make contact alot with the ball too when you get the timing right, so you may want to decrease human contact as well. The AI sliders are all fine, no need to really touch those, unless you're seeing a ton of HR's by them too at 23 for AI power, but so far, I'm not. Most I've had the cpu hit on me in 1 game was 3 HR's, and that was 25 power. Ortiz hit 2, and Drew hit 1 on me in 1 game. Your preference though, just tweak them to your liking.

Trinity love the sliders..but since i use KC lol...i know i know im probably going to up my power to about 52 and lower to contact to about 65 i guess i want to give and take...because KC is just awful at generating any power on their own, but i dont want to become the 85 royals everything else is dead on perfect i love these sliders i use total control pitching though..but that setting is pretty easy that all depends on how good you are..so for those of you who are good try it out at 75 if not start at 50 and 65 seems to be the happy medium if you are average at it.

I'm having trouble with these sliders...

Ok here's my problems...I'm using total control pitching... last night against the dodgers they hit 4 homeruns off of me and three in the same inning... what am I doing wrong? what can I change?... Also using these sliders with the brewers I only managed to score 1 run in two games and the hits I had were mostly singles a few doubles in there... someone help me to generate some offense
