Are you guys getting a lot of strikeouts with your pitchers? I seem to be regularly getting double digit K's with the Phillies.

Yes i am getting 10-12 every game and the cpu offense has become nonexsistant.

If you have CPU contact/power at 45/80 you wont be getting those numbers on a regular basis.

Drop USER Pitch Control to 30 & Bump USER Pitch Composure to 25 & see how that works before raising the CPU Contact Slider.

I agree 100% with this if you use the pitcher composure slider above 0. The only reason I went with the 45/80 settings (and made suggestion) is because I have the composure slider at 0.

I have great games and it is tough with that slider at 0. Crazy thing is when I give up 3 or more hits in a row, I still do a mound visit, and even though the pitchers bar is full it seems like my pitchers get a boost. Dang, I am 38-42 right now with the slider at 0, so for me I get no advantage having it at 0. Plus when I lose I cant blame that slider for cheesing me.

The big problem i see with these sliders is the ridiculous amount of strikeouts i get with my pitchers. Sure i only tested 3 games. But 41 strikeouts in 3 games is alot. Everything else seem fine though.

Drop USER Pitch Control to 30, Bump USER Pitch Composure to 25 & Drop Pitch Break Influence to 35. Test this out & see how that works before raising the CPU Contact Slider.

I'm having pretty good results in my 4 games with the latest tweaks. Hitting has been much better for me, getting 6, 12, 9, and 13. I had been averaging like 13 or 14 hits a game the previous 10 games or so, including a 29 hit game against the Yankees .

Pitching has still been pretty easy for me. I had a near perfect game with C.J. Wilson and Colby Lewis struck out 16 in my last game (they were against the Royals and Blue Jays, but still). I already had the first two changes in this post of yours done, but I will try the Pitch Break Influence next and see what happens.

cubs if your still finding pitching too easy, bump the Pitch Meter Speed to 90 & see how that works

I update the 1st page with my final changes. All changes are BOLDED IN GREEN*

For settings with a range ex: 30-40 I did this so people can move up or down depending on skill level

Thanks Joe. How is the USER errors adjustment working for you so far?.

Are you seeing to many CPU throwing errors with it at 100? I dont know about you but at 80 I was seeing like 1-2 throwing errors a game. I ended up with it at 65. The bobble at 100 works great though.

As am I!!! I haven't been this enamored with a baseball game in AGES!!!!!! I have a million baseball games dating back to Intellivision Major League Baseball. This one is the best in a LONG TIME!

Thanks for your work bro. I do a lot of slider work for NHL 2k10, but really enjoy the sliders for baseball you guys put up.

I've put in all the most recent changes, and the only real problem I've had in a couple games is errors. The Yankees had 5 errors in one game, almost all of them on what should have been routine throws to first base. I've lowered that to 85, so we'll see if that helps at all.

Well you are using the Yankees they play good defense. Yeah I am at the All-star break too, 8.5 back of S.F.

This is by far the most into a baseball (video game) season that I have been in years.
