OK, after much testing in Franchise by members & myself I've made 2 changes in the Hitting Section (30/70 for both) & CPU Pitch Success bumped to 80.

These changes are reflected on the 1st page..

Games have been good. Hit variety is there. Scores have been good also. I use the Yankees so my #'s may be a little skewed offensively, but not by a lot.

The CPU is getting their share of hits & W.

Bimmer how do you feel about OF Speed? I'm thinking about lowering it. What do you think?

I have both set at 50 for the outfield speed, but I have 40 for both in the infield.

Imo, these are just fine for me. I give up plenty of doubles and triples to the CPU, and get doubles and triples myself in regards to outfield speed. I am looking at my season stats and have got 137 doubles(18th in the MLB) and 12 triples(19th in the MLB) through 79 games. I already give up alot of doubles and triples so lowering the (User) outfield speed wont do anything. I play with the Rockies and D.Fowler and Cargo are fast and at 50 I still see alot of triples and doubles. Most of the triples come when the balls are hit in the rightfield alleys and down the line where S.Smith is playing.

I probably would have some more triples, but I play alittle conservative.

Are you not seeing enough doubles and triples?

I am seeing a nice amount of extra base hits by both. My issue is the OF Animations seem/feel fast when OF are running down balls in the gaps & down the corners.

Ok. I notice it during replays, but the numbers make me keep it at 50 for both.

Joe keep in mind that I use a combo of your sliders and harsh's. I have baserunner speed at 35 for both not 30. I think if I used 30 baserunner speed it would mean I would drop down the outfield speed. Everything just works real good, all I have changed is the Pitch Success slider to 80 and dropped human contact to 30 over the last 50+ gms.

Are you guys getting a lot of strikeouts with your pitchers? I seem to be regularly getting double digit K's with the Phillies.

On these settings I K 10 with PHI (my franchise team) frequently. I adjusted the pitch control slider to 30 and the CPU contact slider to 50. That makes it tougher.
