Channel 5 just confirmed that the Shaughnessy article was the last straw. It was slanted in favor of Luchino and Theo apparently thinks Larry leaked all that and was furious about it. They offered him $1.5mil for 3 years so money wasn't the issue.

The worst part could be that our new GM is going to be like Ken Macha in Oakland...a figurehead with no say.
