Schilling is just saying what most people think about Bonds but that is where the problem start. People hear rumors then those rumors become facts. It is not enough when people hate Bonds because of his suspected sport enhancements but why get in the man personal life.

I don't hate Schilling but I sure do love Bonds. Why? The best player in this era and that is before homeruns.

Of course, HGH is still not tested for and probably never will be since it requires a blood test. Poking a needle in a players arm every few weeks to extract blood for a blood test is a whole other ballgame compared to pissing in a cup.
Can we stop the whining about HGH already as the next "satan" of sports? It's already been shown that it hardly does any performance enhacning.

HGH can make a person bigger, stronger and faster, how does that not affect performance?

I had no problems with Schilling's comments. The radio hosts asked his opinion, and he answered honestly. I think he's only apologising because he made remarks about Bonds' family life and Francona is taking some heat for it as well.

He said he was sorry because he knew that was wrong. It is wrong to excuse people of things they did not say. Curt is a Jerk and he finally got what he deserved. You don't throw other players under the bus, regardless if it is true or not!

What exactly did he "get"? People bashing him for opening his mouth? That's been going on for the past decade. Schilling didn't "get" anything that he "deserved".

Sure he did. He got another lashing by others. Curt needs to just shut up and pitch, but I doubt that will happen. I still think he said all this to take the heat off the sock thing.

I suggest you read up a little more because that's not true according to many of the reports that I've read. To add to what Misfit has already stated, many of these reports have stated that HGH has a positive effect on one's hand/eye coordination, increases energy, decreases cellulite, builds muscle, improves memory, improves brain function etc...

EDIT - Just think about it logically for one second. If HGH has "hardly any performance enhancing" qualities to it, why are so many professional athletes in so many different sports taking it? Just for the sake of taking it? LOL.

You have to joking if you really think it helps your eye and hand coordination. I am sure some expert will say it does, but that is too funny. How come players that took HGH didn't hit the ball better they just hit it farther. I will say all it does it helps you to get stronger that is it. It doesn't all of a sudden make you a Tony Gywnn hitter. lol

Not joking at all. Maybe you also need to read up on it more as well? Educate the brain.... There's a lot of information out there. LOL.

Ever consider that HGH improves the muscle fibers in the eye? Or did you realize the eye contains fast twitch muscle fibers. Ever wonder why your eyes twitch back and forth when you sleep (REM - Rapid Eye Movement)? Exactly. According to MULTIPLE reports that I've read, these Dr's have stated this to be the case. Of course, I'm sure there are other Dr's who dispute this, but that's the nature of the beast.

I also never said a Tony Gwynn hitter. So let's not make things up.

EDIT - How do you know that hitters using HGH are only hitting the ball farther and not better? You don't and neither do I. However, I trust the articles that I've read to be more fact than fiction. Maybe bench Player A toiled in the minors hitting .160 off of HGH and then took it and hit .250? Maybe that's what caused bench Player A to make the Majors instead of being stuck in the minors?

You guys should talk with Gwynn... he really gets involved in explaining mechanics and what makes a good hitter what he is. If you were to ask him, HGH wouldn't be that deciding factor, and Bonds is a good hitter.

I don't think HGH is a deciding factor either. I do think it helps though.

Example: You can't take a guy off the street who's never hit a baseball before and give him HGH and think he'll rake off of MLB pitchers. However, giving HGH to MLB hitters who already are very talented.....that's another ballgame.

Wow MJB, ok bro what ever you say. If you believe that HGH helps your eyes and hand Coordin. Go ahead, but that is funny. I have read reports about it, but if it was true it would have to be that way for evey player that took it. I don't see batters hitting 500 yet. So yeah I need to do more reading! lol Well you said that every experts think different. I am sure some Doc. are going to try and prove it and some will try to disapprove it. But if it does then I don't know how this will stop players from taken it.

Well at least I agree with this statement, well amost agree. I was with you until you said that it would make a better player better. This is all just opinion that Docs are trying to prove, but good luck.
