Who else hates Baseball??

Oh, I Knnnnooooooowwwww I'm gonna lose some friends for this...but is there anyone else out there who CANNOT STAND BASEBALL?

I'm sorry...but that has got to be the most boring sport ever created. Granted, I'll watch a playoff game or two, but for the most part it is just too slow and too boring to garner my attention.

I mean...how can you get "jacked up" for a game when they pan the dug out to show guys taking naps, spitting, looking around lazily, and drinking gatorade.....wow....electric.

Not to mention, when you play 800 games a season...or so it seems...how energetic can players really be during a game?

The worst part of having to wait for College Football in the fall is having to sit through all of the Sportscenters in the summer of nothing but baseball.

Am I alone here?? Am I gonna get blacklisted for saying this?

I don't much get into the pro game,but I can't get enough of college baseball. To me it's more exciting

This is the beauty of the game IMO. That's why it's called "America's Pastime". Haven't you just taken a day off of work to go to an afternoon game at your team's ballpark?

I'm soo looking forward to Friday March 4, Opening Day at The Ballpark in Arlington because I feel a cold coming on already...cough...cough...I'm going to spend the afternoon chugging beer and hot dogs all the while relaxing and hopefullly watching the Rangers kick some ***!

This is the beauty of the game IMO. That's why it's called "America's Pastime". Haven't you just taken a day off of work to go to an afternoon game at your team's ballpark?

I will agree that baseball can be boring at times, but I feel it is still the best game ever invented. If you've played the game long enough, you start to notice other things that go on before the pitch is thrown. How fielders are positioned. A baserunner's lead. Pitch selection for certain hitters. The game itself is wonderful.

What I don't like sometimes is MAJOR LEAGUE BASEBALL. I feel that this past labor agreement hasn't done much to help the sport. Too many teams, not enough revenue sharing. The Yankees can't exist if they don't have anyone to play. But unfortunately, the MLBPA is too strong and the league is almost powerless (and possibly too stupid) to make the league enjoyable for fans of all teams.
