Cant remember who, but i believe one the mods said the game looked even better for day games. I checked out streaming movies on windows media player but it just doesnt do the game justice it seems. Are the day games pretty sharp visually in appearance compared to last yr.?Comment

Re: High Heat Sightings and First Impressions here...
I went beyond my beliefs, and purchased HH04 simply because it was the first game out and I needed a fix for my baseball hunger. I must admit, I was pleasantly suprised with the graphics and gameplay was rather good. But God, the menu just gives me a headache! I'm mentally tired after playing the game because of the menu gauntlet you have to go through.
Secondly, I love Franchise mode, everyone does...but good God, again the menu system just wears me down, and the minor league system...don't get me started. I could care less about dealing with 75 minor leaguers. Geez, again, mentally exhausting dealing with that many minor leaguers.
Third, I simmed the entire first season just to get a feel for the offseason so I knew what I was up against with the options and to decide if I wanted to keep this game. OMG, personally, every game that offers a franchise needs to take a long look at Madden and its ground breaking offseason. HH04, free agent signings...you make an offer, then simulate it, he either signs with you, or another team...you don't get to make a counter offer or anything. I offered Zito the maximum I could do to see what would happen, he took less money and went to another team. Then when you draft players...I goes forever and forever...I don't even know how many rounds...it feels like 20 to 30 rounds. And the players are never in some sort of rating order, there just scattered out there, how do you know who is a better prospect? The offseason news is scattered also, not in order of team or anything. When you sign a free agent, you may have to scroll through the entire list of news to find out if you got your guy or not. Forgive me, but the best word to describe HH's offseason is " Cluster F@$#". I do not reccommend this game to anyone...There has to be a better choice among the remaining titles.
