SoxFan, I have a Pentium II 400 with only 128MB Ram and a 16MB Video card, and it's running pretty well for me, so you should haven any issues. Guys on the OOTP board say that turning off Direct 3D in the configuration program helps a lot of freeze up type issues.

What I meant was in subsequent seasons...like in NFL2K3/Madden where you can import your NCAA draft class. I'm pretty sure you can't import players for the amateur draft in OOTP like that.

Just to clarify, If you start a league in any year before 2002, you have the option to import real rookies for the draft up to the year 2002. After that, the game will generate fake names. This works great when creating a league in 1900 and running it up to the current year. This is the ultimate game for stat freaks like myself. Watching history unfold is the best part of this game, and with the control you have over it, the replay value goes through the roof.
