Funny, there was a player a few years back (can't remember who, prolly Canseco) who came out and said every MLB player cheats on their wives and the only player he knows never cheated was Clemens.

Wow any respect I had for Clemens just went out the window. He was having an affair with a 15 year old when he was 28? I just turned 29 and I can honestly say the idea of having sex with a 15 year old turns my stomach. Too bad he won't be registering as a sex offender.

I can't figure out what in the hell a 28 year old professional baseball pitcher is doing with a 15 year old aspiring country singer. Also, if the relationship was not sexual, as his attorneys claim, what the heck was it then for 10 years? The whole thing just sounds sick to me. It's bad enough that the guy was cheating on his wife, but couldn't he at least find someone of legal age? Geeeez!!

I've really lost a lot of respect for Clemens over the past 6 months with his whole "misremembered" crap and how he's handled the steroid allegation thing, but now I think I've lost all respect for the guy. If this is true, sounds like he has some real psychological issues going on there.

The funny thing was that the reports say that Clemens met her at a karaoke bar. Seriously, if he wasn't hitting that, what in the hell was he doing with her?

We're they talking about life together? Did he tell her about how difficult it was to deal with the national media on a daily basis? Did she tell him about how her history teacher was a huge bitch?

There's absolutely no reason for a 28 year old guy to befriend a 15 year old girl and have a more than a decade long relationship with her unless she was a friends/family member's relative or he was a horny perv and wanted to smash. I read up on her and she apparently has extremely low self esteem, Roger probably went to town on her.

I agree that there's no way she was one of those 15 year olds that could have passed for 18-20. No way. She probably looked like she was 13 when she was 15. Roger is freaking foul. All he had to do was say no comment to the Mitchell Report and he would have somewhat saved his personal reputation and money on lawyers.

I've never followed country music so I looked her up too. She's far from attractive. Looks like Roger might have low self esteem issues too if that's the kind of *** he's tappin' on the side.
