I really don't see how any of the clemenites can refute this... I mean...
A story was reported that Clemens had sex with an underage girl...Clemens says "no comment" and the girl says "i can't refute anything in the report"...So of the two parties involved one party doesn't want to talk about it and the other party is saying "yes it did happen". So...and clemenites please give me a hand here...if Roger Clemens himself isn't stepping up to defend Roger Clemens, then why are you defending Roger Clemens...?

What evidence? He hasn't refuted anything? How can there be evidence when nobody refutes what happened...
This is the equivalent of coming home and finding your spouse in bed naked with another person...but since you did not actually see them have sex...you say 'well, i am not going to jump to the conclusion that my spouse cheated on me, because i did not see any sexual intercourse...
And for bonus points...if you make a comment like "so, you two had sex?" Your spouse says "no comment" and the other party says "I cannot refute anything you just said." And yet you still refuse to believe...
