Well, if they have proof, she doesn't have to bring charges. The state would have to bring charges if a witness came forward and there are no limitations on bringing charges. Also, she could be using the literal definition of "sex", but it is illegal no matter what you do. Clemens can't be stupid enough to have a minor or more than that a female in his hotel with him without another legal age female there and the door open at all times. She was there for other reasons than for a picture with Clemens.Comment

I was saying that Clemens didn't just invite her to his room to talk. I don't believe he is stupid, therefor he wouldn't invite her to his room by herself unless they wanted to do something they couldn't do in public. He is a MLB player, so he had to be used to girls trying to get stuff from him, so just the fact that she was there alone, could have cost him lots of money if she wanted to claim something happened even if it never did.Comment

Now they are saying he slept with John Daly's ex-wife, and that he flew several women around on his private jet to watch him pitch. Clemens, and I understand it may not be true but if it is true, is certainly starting to sound like a real scumbag.
