Is there not a way to change that globally? I mean, the setting in your opponents' team options? I really don't have the desire to change that 162 times a season, if I were to play that many games. Sega should have done a better job at providing a slider setting layout that would easily allow you to change the sliders in a game. They did this really well in NBA2K3. I'm looking forward to Sega's baseball game in 2004

you don't have to set up sliders every game. it saves your settings after you modify. some people were saying to set sliders before every game but that's not true. after you set and save go to your game and look in game options and you'll see A.I. sliders set to CUSTOM.

You can save your Sliders, but I'm talking about Variable Pitching. It's not a slider. I don't like it HIGH, so i set mine to Low and set the SPU to High. It must be done every game. it's not that big of a deal. I'm use to customizing before every game. i do it in all sports games.

Personally, I don't like giving myself that kind of an advantage over the CPU so I have both teams set at High.

how the hell are people playing with the slidesr on 74-76 the computer would be to hard I think someone is lieing..

here are my sliders and trust me they work perfect...

I play it on allstar will all the defaults thats on allstar level..I changed all the sliders to 35 for every slider..and I took the player lock on ball featrue of...and its working gret right know....try them let me know...

man i tell you slider settings are 74-76 and i get realism.
the comp. does tend to want to give it to you but good pitching will help a lot. last year i had best pitchers by far so i'm pleased with the results.....allstar level & 74-76 try it and let me know what you think.....i just moved pitch speed up to very fast and like it even more now.....i think

I dont get it, for every slider, you put into the 74-76 range? Even the misc?
