    hey maestro,

im using very similar settings (they look like Graphik's)---
my ??...im getting some really HIGH K's against the cpu--
im the red sox and wiht pedro vs the devil rays i've K'd the 1st 12 batters!!! (VAR picthing is on high)

any idea what i could adjust? (im guessing cpu batting--but they're getting hits/runs..its just that their outs are mostly K's)
Bummed that you're not on my ignore list yet?.....Don't worry, I'm sure you will be very soon.

I feel on the High K's but I only get high amount with the 2 aces on my staff, Chan Ho Park and Randy Wolf(trade w/Phillies). I have had 16 with Park and 14 with Wolf, but the rest of my rotation is not near that high. I notice it also varies with the team u are playing against too. Like I have the Rangers and I just came off a crueling back to back series against the Redsox and then the Yankees. Both series were nail bitters(pitching duels) Pedro rang me up 14 TIMES. I love this game because then I played pitiful Toronto and bombed them into the ground in 3 games.

Thanks Maestro23...however, I don't see a place where it ask you if you want to save settings. Therefore, when I cut the machine off and decide to play again a day later, those settings don't appear to be set anymore....requiring me to have to reset them again. Again...is this right or am I just doing something wrong?

Most options and settings save themselves automatically when you exit from the menus...you should quickly see a "saving" message at the bottom of the screen.

This is true. But this is not exactly what I'm getting at.

What I mean is... when the Vibration feature is on, the rumbling of the controller will indicate to you where the inside and outside corners of the plate are, giving you good references of where to aim/locate your pitches.

On the other hand, while pitching with Vibration feature off, you don't have these references at all, therefore making it a lot tougher on you to paint the corners. That's all I'm saying.

OK I think I finally found a setting that gives realistic results. (before I had Randy Winn and Pat Borders hitting above .400)

                          CPU Pitching: 75
                          CPU Hitting: 35
                          Take Strikes: 35
                          Take Balls: 35
                          Throw Strikes: 25
                          Pitch Speed: Very Fast
                          Cursor Size: Very Small

In my first game with these Pedro Martinez 3 hit me and K'd 14. I was using Freddy Garcia and I gave up 3 runs on 6 hits and lost 3-0. My second game I went against David Wells and got 3 runs on 7 hits. I used Jamie Moyer for 7, Nelson for 1 and Sasaki for 1 and gave up 2 runs on 5 hits. This is great! It feels like real baseball now!!
