Re: CITO'S HOME!!!!!!
I always wondered why Cito never got another managing gig after leaving Toronto... Back to back World Series titles ain't nothing to sneeze at... Good for him. -

Re: CITO'S HOME!!!!!!
This franchise gets more and more sillier. How old is Gaston? He must be close to 70. Well at least this is good for a laugh for a month or so until they keep losing and the bulls-eye goes back squarely on JP like it should. This move was made by JP just to distract everyone from going after him next.Comment

Re: CITO'S HOME!!!!!!
Cito's 62, and I agree that it was a move for JP to make to take the heat off himself.
With Cito's new staff, does mean that fan favourite Ernie Whitt is gone as the first base coach?
EDIT: He is gone, same with Pevey. Butterfield is left.
My friend sent me a text saying JP cleaned house and brought Gaston back, I thought he was joking. I wonder if this will have an affect on ticket sales as Gaston is a god in Toronto.Owner, Spear Interactive

Re: CITO'S HOME!!!!!!
Why do you want JP to go? He's done a great job as GM, and has practically re-built the farm.
Man... as soon as a team gets on a losing streak, everyone cries "It's time to re-build!"
JP is awesome.
On a side note, what year is this, 1993? Gaston is back, and Fletcher is the Leafs GM?Comment
