Weird that some people see it after one game and others have never seen it in loads of games. Either I'm very lucky or others are not..Either way WSBB is a cool game also. I can not keep 3 games and have MVP:Keeping for certain. WSBB and HH...Ones got to go..just can't decide.

First there are no MAJOR flaws IMO. Yes there are little quirks etc..but all games have them.
WSBB and MVP are both good games. I have played both a lot. In the end I always end up firing up MVP. The game is a blast to play, period. WSBB is a good game also but it just doesn't draw me in right now the way MVP does.
I am torn whether to keep WSBB or not at this point. I love the wall climbs etc.. in WSBB and the franchise mode. After MVP it was VERY hard to play WSBB again using the cursor. If only WSBB had a non cursor mode like HH...
I also have HH but have not opened it yet. If I do get rid of WSBB then I will possibly try HH.
        Just don't know right now.

WSB does have a non cursor mode. Change your batting preference (under team options) to timed hitting.

WSB all the way. I wasn't feeling the MVP love like a lot of people here. The whole experience just seemed rather shallow after I had played WSB. But then again I still think MVP is the second-best this year.

He meant a mode like zone hitting. The WSB easy or timed hitting mode (non-cursor) is all about making a good swing. You can't direct it or try to do anything with it.

While I think WSB is a great game. I can't get though them, Pressing a button doesn't do it for me anymore. MVP has ruined WSB for me. WSB is a fine title not without it's problems however. I've seen more stupid OF in this game then I could shake a stick at.

And WSB the cursor system has got to go. I remember when there were no cursor systems back in the NES days. RBI Baseball and the one where you had the pitcher view all the time. It's not realistic and it turns hitting into moving a cursor instead of trying to drive a ball. I don't get the decision to make the power swing a seperate button. It just turns hitting into a powerfest. I really don't see the draw back at every good pitch with the power swing.

WSB is a good title but feels a bit dry.

You don't review games for IGN do you.....Not saying MVP is without it's problem but what you are saying is almost a carbon copy of IGN review, and it is simply not happening with my copy of the game.

Sorry you find it hard to believe. I wish like anything I didn't have the problem. I would really like the game if I didn't. The dive usually happens at least once each game. And the throw out from right field to first happened in the same game that the hit off the pitcher, booted by the SS, picked up by the 2B, out at first thing happened.

Again, I'm sorry you find these things so hard to believe. I'm just giving my opinion.

I have ASB, WSB and MVP. After a week of playing all three quite a bit, I prefer WSB. At first I thought MVP was going to be the most enjoyed of the bunch. That is until the flaws started to really get on my nerves.

The bugs, or flaws that are going to make me sell the game are: 1) Outfielders who are in great position to catch a soft fly dive out of the way of the ball. 2) Deep right field singles have ended with the batter being thrown out at first base. 3) On several occasions I've had a batter send a shot off of the pitcher only to have the ball then carom to the SS, who then boots it, get picked up by the second baseman and still throw out the guy at first.

MVP is a major improvement over Triple Play but I still think WSB is the better of the two.

ASB isn't as fun as either IMO. It just feels wrong to me. Especially the fielding.
