it seems to me that everyone is using the wrong sliders. i keep reading everyones sliders and their outcomes of games and all the games are like 2-1 or 4-3 with about 10-15 total hits for both teams combined! this is the live ball era teams average about 6 runs a game and get about 12-15 hits a game. i think alot of people need to turn down the computer pitching. just a thought but if you read the post there are way too many low scoring games.

Actually I play the Philles, and I'm into offense as the next guy, but I'm more a die hard sim person. So I look into what are reasonable number during play. Source: espn.go.com
Phillies Team averages per game of 2002 on far left side.
Hitting: MLB Best Worst
Runs - 4.28 5.54 (Yankees) 3.55 (Tigers)
Hits - 8.81 9.9 (Angels) 8.02 (Pirates)
SO - 6.76 7.8 (Cubs) 4.97 (Angels)
Avg - .259 .282(Angels) .244(Pirates)
Pitching:
ERA - 4.16 3.13 (Braves) 5.29 (Tigers)
Hits - 8.59 8.03 (Braves) 9.83 (Tigers)
SO - 6.68 8.23 (Cubs) 4.90 (Tigers)
Therefore, on average USER and CPU should get about
3-6 runs per game, 8-10 hits, and get struck out 4-8
times.
When Pitching...the USER and CPU should get about 3-6
runs given up, 8-10 hits given up, and strike out 4-9
players per game.
