    Braves

    1) Try to sign or trade for somebody younger than 35 years old (meaning I hope they don't resign Glavine)

    2) Go after Sabathia and/or K-Rod: dangle Kelly Johnson, Francoeur, Shafer (who got busted for doing steriods) and Cody Johnson but not Heyword

    3) Since Chipper will never play over 125 games ever again, see what kind of value he'd have (Don't want to go through another Dale Murphy-like scenario)

    4) Find some young middle relief

    5) Sign a hard-nosed grinder who plays his butt off each game; not somebody cocky but knows the fundamentals of the game and can execute

It's hard though...especially when I got my neighbor playing their franchise across the street...maybe I will occupy myself with Glamore Magazine.

          1. Make a move for a left handed power hitter to play RF and move Fukudome to CF.

          2. Resign Dempster and Wood.

          3. Sign Orlando Hudson.

            Reds

            1. Either sign or trade for a big-time RH power hitter. (The rumors about Holliday coming here haven't gone away but they'll have to give up a Johnny Cueto and more)

Even though y'all are Pittsburgh fans, I feel for you. Beautiful ballpark (much better than ours) and crappy ownership. Kind of reminds me of the Bengals situation. Anyway, you deserve better. PNC Park deserves better. Hopefully you will get what you want soon. It would give us Bengals fans some hope that change in ownership can happen. The Reds at least have an owner that wants to win and will open up his pocketbook. They just need to build the right team and keep improving the farm system. Plus, they need to spend money on the right players. Dumping a crapload of dough on Coco Cordero and signing Corey Patterson to a $3 million deal isn't a great idea.

Lou said he'd be platooning Reed and Koskue in center next year, so unless he changes his mind you got one wish already(well, we'd still have to get the power hitting RF that you want).

I've heard that the Yanks will likely spend all kinds of money this year so Kash's wishlist isn't as crazy as it looks on paper.

You'd think they'd be smart enough by now to realize that the best way to win championships is to develop within but obviously they don't believe that's the case.

                                1. Find someone who can hit for power. IMO, Pat Burrell would look mighty fine as a Wahoo.

                                2. Find someone to play 3rd. Andy Marte is a bust.

                                3. Fire Eric Wedge. He's a foolio.

                                4. Fire Larry Dolan. Because I baseball teams cannot be run like a buisness and expect to be constantly successful.

                                5. Release David Dellucci. I have no earthly idea why this man still has a job as a major league baseball player.

                                6. Find another starter. Need someone to round out the rotation and counting on Adam Miller is like counting on Mark Prior to be a CY Young candidate.
