I still say A.P. was on them too. I hope not, but I will not be shocked if he did.

Ichiro, and the rest of the native Japanese players.
Beyond that I wouldn't be surprised if all the rest juiced (are juicing). Baseball is pathetic now. This problem will never go away unless they hand out lifetime suspensions. But of course that will never happen.Comment

Re: Name players that you think were clean during the steroid era
With as vocal as Curt Schilling has been against PED's and how to punish players who have been caught i would hope he is not on any lists.
For some reason i don't think Jeter is on any lists either.Comment

No way in hell ortiz was clean when he went to boston, I think Schilling is 100% BS when he talks about it saying people should be banned ect. I wouldn't be surprised if he didn't do it.Comment

I'm still not sold on Schilling being guilty. The guy rubs a lot of people the wrong way because he is so outspoken--about everything. That said, I'm sure there are a lot of players and reporters who can't stand Schilling and would love to out him but he is yet to be implicated in anything.Comment

I cannot really comfortably name anyone I would not at least suspect. That is how sad it is. Griffey and Jeter would be the two big names that I would be most comfortable with guessing.WWE 2k Universe : Re-Booking WWF And WCW After Wrestlemania IX: Universe

Re: Name players that you think were clean during the steroid era
Albert didn't juice. His numbers have always been the same. He's the best hitter in the game, plain and simple.
Selig himself said Albert was tested, I think 6 times, last season. Albert's said he's been tested dozens of times over the past 5 years, so I wish people would stop acting like he's hiding it or something. Manny failed a test recently, testing works, superstars aren't protected, there's two facts we know by that happening. I wish people would stop making the assumption that he juiced. He deserves the benefit of the doubt, considering there is zero evidence linking him or suggesting that he's used steroids.Comment

1. A lot of guys came into the league and were productive right from the start "cough" McGwire and Canseco "cough" and we know what happened with them.
2. Seeing how there's allegations that the union has tipped off the players about drug testing and when to expect the tests I remain highly skeptical. Some people aren't as cavalier about these things the way Manny is.Member of the Official OS Bills Backers Club

We don't know if testing has really worked or not, it's never going to catch everybody. I'm sure Manny was tested a ton before he got caught, I doubt he just started right before his positive test. Also there has been a lot of talk about players being tipped off about testing, and things like that, so while stars aren't testing positive and having it be swept under the rug, that doesn't mean they aren't being protected.
I hope he's always been clean, and unless there's some strong evidence that he took them I'll think that he's clean, but I definitely wouldn't say I'm sure he's clean.Originally posted by Jay BilasThe question isn't whether UConn belongs with the elites, but over the last 20 years, whether the rest of the college basketball elite belongs with UConnComment
